hey everyone, how are you all doing? I have got lot of requests and comments asking for my secret how I stay fit even after eating everything so in this series I will share all my recipes which helps me stay fit this series is going to be all about healthy and weight loss recipe stay tuned for each episode if you will follow all these recipes, it will help you a lot, it's my promise I have followed all these recipe to lose weight after my second delivery let's begin with first recipe which is Multigrain Atta/Protein Atta you can prepare it in large quantities to store it let's start to prepare this we will start with dry roasting few ingredients add 2 cups of Oats I am using Instant Oats here, you can use any brand or variety you usually use oats contains good amount of fibre roast for sometime on low-medium flame do not roast on high flame Oats are packed with lot of Vitamins, Minerals and Anti-Oxidants it is a perfect mixture of healthy carbs, fibre and protein, which will keep your stomach full for longer period 1/2 cup of Oats has 50gms Carbs, 12gms Protein, 5gms of Fats, 1gms of fibre and 300 calories you can replace Oats with any meal add 1/4 cup of split green Moong Dal 1/4 cup Yellow Moong Dal Dals are also full of nutrients like minerals, magnesium, potassium, iron, fibre, vitamin B6 and Protein it will keep your stomach full for longer period and in turn will help with weight loss you can add any Dal you regularly consume make sure to roast well to grind it later add 3-4 tbsp Flax Seeds Flax Seeds are rich with fibre, healthy fats and antioxidants it also has omega 3 and protein if you consume it daily, it helps preventing constipation, diabetes, cancer add 2-3 tbsp Sesame Seeds 2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds 2 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds 2 tbsp Chia Seeds all these ingredients you will get in market very easily at very reasonable rate add some Cashews few Almonds few Walnuts some Peanuts seeds and nuts are completely optional I try to add everything because usually we don't tend consume these seeds and nuts daily you can completely skip it or add nuts & seeds you like roast for 2-3 mins I have roasted this mixture for 5-6 mins in total you can see Oats have changed the color a bit turn off the flame let the mixture cool down transfer it in a blender grind it in batches otherwise you won't get fine powder grind it in 2-3 batches first batch is done you can see fine powder, just like the regular flour we use to make rotis transfer it in a large plate or a bowl grind rest of the batches the same way our base is ready which is very healthy now we will add rest of the ingredients 1 cup of Bajra Millet Flour it is also known as pearl millet it is very good for health especially in winters it is a very rich source of protein, fibre, magnesium, phosphorus and iron it helps in controlling cholesterol it has complex carbs so it will keep you full for longer it will help you in losing the weight add 1/2 cup of Ragi/Nachni Flour this is also gluten free and very good source of calcium & fibre add 1 cup of Gram Flour it is also gluten free and has good amount of fibre & protein this will also help to lower the cholesterol levels it also has good amount of iron add 1/2 cup of Corn Flour it has zinc, fibre, vitamin E & iron 1/2 cup of Rajgira Flour I was also suppose to add 1/2 of Soybean Flour but I currently don't have it if you have it available then add 1/2 cup of it at this stage I will add it later on all these flours are packed with nutrients mix well and our protein packed multigrain flour is ready this is currently gluten free you can add equal amount of wheat flour or rice flour depending on the dish you are preparing you can prepare Rotis, parathas, koki, pancakes with this flour stay tuned to know how you can make chillas, pancakes and many more dishes with this flour can store this flour in any airtight container it stays fresh for long time this flour is 100% natural without any preservatives or artificial colour I hope you all liked todays simple but power packed Protein flour recipe must try for all calorie conscious folks Don't forget to like and share this recipe stay tuned for more healthy recipes take care and Bbye :)
