You make efforts whole day, do dieting, eat healthy meals. But when you suddenly feel hungry at night, You eat anything in front of you and waste all your efforts. To save those efforts, I have brought you set options. These are so good, so healthy, quick, and easy to make! That you can cook and eat it anytime. Not only you, your family too. Because it often happens that family eats something else, And you also wish to eat the same thing. So these are so delicious, so tasty recipes, That you also eat and feed your family too. Only under 150 calories!! Moreover, these are low-carb, high protein options, That all vegetarians can easily include in their daily diet. It’s under 150 calories. So come, let’s start with this exciting Dahi kebab recipe. You can easily eat 3-4 kebabs in your dinner. Firstly we’ll take hung curd 100 grams. Then we’ll take finely chopped vegetables like onion, Carrot, capsicum, cabbage, and some chopped green coriander. Then we’ll add a few spices like salt, red chilli powder, Garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and red chili. We’ll mix it properly and give it a Tikki shape. And then we’ll keep these in a freezer. After 10-15 minutes, we’ll coat it into ragi flour like this. And then we’ll freeze it again for 10-15 minutes.


Then what? Your Tikki is perfectly ready to eat for dinner. You just have to add half spoon oil in a pan and, Properly cook this Tikki from both sides till it gets crunchy. Crunchy from the outside and so delicious from the inside. Melt in the mouth. Soft kebabs! Just like the ones you eat in restaurants. Decorate it. Eat it with salad. You can easily eat 3-4 kebabs. There’s only 35 calories per kebab. Eat it yourself and feed your family members too. And the best thing about this recipe is, You can do its preparations before. The second option that I bring for you is Veg Biryani. It’s a very tasty option. Plus, it’s low in calories too. Only in 125 calories, you can eat your stomach full, Of veg biryani and enjoy eating it. Yes, and the best thing about this biryani is it's oil-free biryani. So come, quickly, let’s have a look at this interesting recipe. To make this exciting recipe firstly, we’ll take a nonstick pan, And add evenly chopped vegetables.


Like cauliflower, carrot, beans, and here I’m adding water. Because we don’t have to use oil. So intelligently, we’ll add water, cover it and cook it, Till they are dry roasted. Then come, let’s ready our biryani base. We’ll take some standing spices and one tomato. We’ll add some water and cook till the tomatoes melt. Then we’ll add the vegetables we cooked earlier. Take a card bowl and add dry spices in it like, Coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, cumin powder, Garam masala, red chilli powder, & dried fenugreek leaves. Without this any dish is incomplete. Now we’ll mix this curd mixture into our vegetables. Then we’ll add boiled peas and ginger-garlic paste. Then again, we’ll cover it and let it cook for sometime. The biryani we are making serves 2 people. If you want to take 1 portion, divide this quantity into half.


Then I dry roasted 1 onion and kept it aside. We’ll spread that on its top. Just like we layer the normal biryani. We’ll take mint leaves and boiled rice. Here I’m taking 10 big spoons of boiled rice (100 grams) You just have to do this much. And one thing is missing that is protein source. Here I’m using paneer (cottage cheese), Which is already dry roasted with salt and pepper. And we’ll add some more mint leaves, And we’ll add saffron mixed in milk. We’ll let our biryani cook for 3-4 minutes on low-flame. And instant hot and delicious biryani, oil-free is ready! Only 125 calories! The next recipe on the list is my high-protein Uttapam. It’s a very light, easy, and quick option if you’re in hurry.



Whether you come tired from the office or, You aren’t in the mood to cook anything more, Because it’s too hot in the kitchen. So this is the perfect option. Come quickly, let’s have a look at its recipe. To make this high-protein uttapam first, we’ll take moong dal. Here I’m taking 50 grams of moong dal and oats. Now we’ll add fenugreek, cumin, And we’ll soak it in hot water for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, this mixture will soak all the water, And we’ll grind this by adding a little asafoetida, salt, Cumin powder, garam masala, and coriander powder. It will become a thick mixture after grinding it. Now quickly spread this on nonstick pan, And decorate it with a lot of finely chopped vegetables. Here I’m using onion, capsicum, and tomato. Cook this Uttapam, till it gets crunchy from both sides. It’s cooked in very little oil. And this 1 Uttapam has only 70-80 calories. Believe me. It’s very tasty! You guys must try this. No one likes to spend more time in kitchen in summer season.


Especially, when you’re on a diet and, Dependent on your mom, grandmom, sister-in-law, That please cook something healthy for me. So I have brought you all very interesting No-cook recipe. That too special in a chaat form. Its a great high-protein dinner option. Come quickly, let’s look at this Chatpati Chaat recipe. To make this interesting chatpati chaat, we’ll first take, 2 tbsp curd, and then we’ll add the ginger-garlic paste in it. Now some spices that available in every household, Like salt, garam masala, dry mango powder, red chilli, Coriander powder and black pepper powder. We’ll mix it properly because it will be the base for our chaat. Then we’ll add 30 grams of boiled chickpeas, And 1 tbsp boiled potato. Yes, you can eat potatoes in dieting. All calories are counted. Then we’ll add a lot of vegetables, Like capsicum, onion, tomato, and cucumber. Add a little green coriander and mix it properly. Your mouth will be filled with water this chaat is that tasty. And so healthy, less than 120 calories! It’s very tasty. If you want, you can add toasted sesame seeds to decorate it.


It tastes very flavourful and delicious. You must try to make it as it is. I’m sure you and your family will definitely like this recipe. What did you say? The Mediterranean diet is  heralded as a heart-healthy diet.   A keto diet is effective for weight loss. Marry  the two methods, and you maximize your benefits.   This video shows you how to eat a  Mediterranean style keto diet.   [Intro Music] A keto diet aims to achieve   a certain macronutrient breakdown. Specifically,  a keto diet is defined as a very low carb diet   that is high in fat and moderate in protein. A Mediterranean diet has less of a focus on macros   and more of a focus on choosing high-quality  whole foods, mainly those high in Omega-3s,   monounsaturated fat, vitamins, and minerals. By knowing these characteristics, we can   marry the two dieting styles to create  a satisfying and healthy ketogenic diet.   This union requires you to exclude certain  foods that fit into a traditional keto diet.


  Now, before I share the foods to avoid, I want  you to know that I have a downloadable list of 100   low carb foods. That list is not specific  to a Mediterranean Keto diet, but it will   get you close because there are only two food  categories that you will need to modify.   To give your keto diet a Mediterranean spin, you  will need to limit meat and dairy products.   Here is the list of keto foods to eat  in moderation or avoid altogether: Beef,   Poultry & Lean Meats, which are things  like chicken, turkey, pork, and lamb.


  Eggs, Processed Meats like bacon  and lunchmeats, Yogurt, Cream,   Half & Half, Sour Cream, Cheese, and Butter Just like there are certain keto-friendly foods   that you must avoid, certain Mediterranean  foods must be avoided for the marriage of   these two diets to work. Those foods include: Whole Grains like oats, rice, & whole wheat bread   or pasta, Legumes which is the food group that  includes beans, lentils, and peanuts,higher-carb   Fruits like grapes and bananas, and Starchy  Vegetables like potatoes and butternut squash.   Now we know which foods to limit or avoid. Let's  look at a list of foods that you can enjoy.   The staple foods for you to include  in your Mediterranean Keto Diet are   fish and seafood, healthy oils, non-starchy  vegetables, and high-fat fruits.


  You can round out your diet with moderate amounts  of lean meats, eggs, high-fat dairy products,   nuts, seeds, and low carb fruits. Portions of fish and seafood are   recommended four times a week or more.  For the most health benefits, you want   to choose high-quality, fatty fish. Examples include wild-caught salmon,   mackerel, trout, sardines, tuna, crab,  shrimp, oysters, clams, and mussels.   Lean meats, like chicken, turkey, pork, and lamb,  as well as eggs, cheese, yogurt, nuts, and seeds,   should be eaten less frequently than fish but can  be consumed as additional protein sources.   Non-starchy vegetables are naturally low in  carbohydrates and a valuable food group for   your Mediterranean Keto diet. It is recommended  to have a meal-size salad each day and a large   side of cooked vegetables with another meal.   Examples of non-starchy vegetables include  dark leafy salad greens, like spinach and kale,   broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts,  cucumbers, eggplant, onions, and tomatoes.   As you can see, a Mediterranean diet relies  on plant foods and lean protein choices,   but it is not a traditional low-fat diet because  there is an emphasis on healthy oils.


  The hero oil is extra virgin olive oil, and  the sidekick is extra virgin avocado oil.   A daily intake of at least two tablespoons  or 30ml of olive oil is recommended.   It can be used as a base for salad dressing  or drizzled over your vegetable side dish.   Avocado oil is the better choice for cooking  because of its ability to withstand heat.   Now, adding oil to your food can be a hard concept  to accept.


But, the healthy monounsaturated fats   that you get from these two oils provide your  body with inflammation-fighting antioxidants   and provide you with hunger satisfaction. High-fat fruits, nuts, and seeds help you   maximize your daily intake of healthy  fats, and all three of these food   groups can be added to your daily salad. High-fat fruits include avocados and olives.   The best low-carb nut choices are Brazil  nuts, pecans, macadamias, walnuts,   hazelnuts, pine nuts, and almonds. Seeds, like sunflower seeds and pumpkin   seeds, make great additions to salad. And Other seeds, like chia, hemp, and flaxseed,   are easy ingredients to add to recipes. Additional fun foods that can fit into your   Mediterranean Keto diet include nut butters  like almond butter or natural peanut butter,   as well as low carb fruits like blackberries,  raspberries, and strawberries. However,   these foods are easy to overeat, so you will  want to pay attention to your serving size   to keep your carbohydrate intake low. It is good to note that even though so much   is written about the Mediterranean diet, it is  surprising to learn that there is controversy   as to which foods belong in the diet.


The reason for the variations is because   the diet is based on how people who live in  the countries bordering the Mediterranean Sea   eat. Each country has its own variations,  causing some confusion over the food list.   The recommendations in this video are based on the  foods used in a 12-week study. During the study,   22 obese subjects with metabolic syndrome  followed a ketogenic Mediterranean diet.   After the diet, all the subjects  were free of metabolic syndrome   and had normal triglycerides and high-density  lipoprotein cholesterol levels. They also showed   extremely significant improvement in low-density  lipoprotein or LDL cholesterol levels.   So we see that with just a few  tweaks to your keto diet, you can   tap into the health benefits of a Mediterranean  diet. In a nutshell, the Mediterranean Keto   Diet provides the macronutrient  breakdown that favors fat loss   but emphasizes lean proteins, unsaturated fats,  and nutrient-rich non-starchy vegetables.   I hope this was helpful and gives you a next  step to elevate your keto diet. Low carb bread? Is that really possible? I'll be the judge of that. Y'all! I've already spilled it on the oven door, dammit! That smells like a poot! Whew! Welcome to Highfalutin' Low Carb, the weekly web series where we find and test the best low carb recipes this crazy Internet has to offer. today I'm here to discuss a deeply disturbing topic just speaking the words aloud can make dogs bark and children cry and set a grown man's heart aflutter we're here to get to the bottom of low carb bread as you've wandered the dark underbelly of the internet in search of low-carb and keto recipes you've no doubt seen the unusual names.


Soul bread, Cloud bread, Oopsie bread. What the hell does all that even mean? Wel,l our crack research team here at the Highfalutin Headquarters has narrowed down our bread battle contestants into three solid entries based mainly on recipe technique and overall popularity. with three recipes to test we have certainly got our work cut out for us we're going to move quickly today so considering taste texture and nutritional information what's the best low carb bread out there let's find out our first recipe is the increasingly famous Soul bread now this stuff is hailed as the holy grail of low carb breads. Apparently this cream cheese and protein powder based recipe delivers a fluffy loaf remarkably similar to regular white sandwich bread this is the craziest thing I've ever heard this is xanthan gum and baking powder and you add that to a salt shaker shake it over the dough and blend it after each shake is what it says my researchers tell me that this recipe originated from the original Atkins and low-carb high-fat facebook group by three home cooks who perfected the recipe together so whatever happens here today just remember that you've got Gloria Koch, Pat Gunder and Joan Snydmiller to blame, I mean, thank for this.


Wow. that is beautiful too let's see what this thing tastes like I gotta admit that looks really good you've got a really nice texture here the size of it is pretty considerable It's a little brown but I imagine all that cream cheese has to go somewhere do something so I imagine it's browning all right let's slice this booger up and see what happens okay as it says you supposed to get 20 slices out of this so if you did half because get 10 slices there and 10 spice is there no those will be some small slices so we can do still very hot but it's pretty so those look beautiful is they don't like the heel of a loaf of bread we'll see if this is any different that's a little eggy but it's passable let's take a look at these that was pretty possible I've already made this before so I kind of know what to expect Wow you see this how flaky look at all of these little bubbles it's beautiful that is freaking beautiful it's when a wicked hot! Took a long d@mn time! Okay welcome back we're ready for our second recipe this is a low carb cloud loaf evidently a variation of the Oopsie Roll so we're going to see how that turns out you know my feelings on that so let's get started it's the next day actually you can probably tell by the window outside this d@mn video has taken three days to make all right contestant number two is no stranger to the world of low carb breads I'm talking of course about cloud bread sounds heavenly doesn't it now the origin of this recipe is a little harder to track down today we're going to be using the recipe from Sugar Free Mom because that's the recipe i see pinned and shared most often be sure to check out the recipe link in the description below now Sugar Free Mom believes that this recipe probably originated as the original oopsie roll bread from the blog "Your Lighter Side" way back in 2009, which if my calculations are correct, is about a hundred years in internet time.


Now if you've already seen my biscuit battle video then you know I have a slight aversion too Oopsie Rolls, so I'm very interested in what a whole loaf of this stuff is going to be like and if you haven't seen my biscuit battle video shame shame everybody knows your name unless let this look her up I don't know if it's all gonna fit in here. Holy smokes! Y'all! This is cuckoo bird! That's way too much! Is this supposed to make two loaves? Oh, my god! You gotta be kidding me! I'm gonna pile it on top. We gonna have a burnt oven in here in a minute. D@mn! Whoo! Y'all that is seriously sturdy. I got to put a baking pan in the over before we have a fire! Ready? Let's take this booger... let's put this son of a gun. I've already spilled it on the oven door, dammit! This thing cooks for an hour it looked precarious I'll be honest with you like some sort of souffle' it could just explode it any minute and just and cave in the middle I'll report back let's check in in an hour oh my god oh my god oh my God look at that! Y'all! That is massive all right this has got to cool whoa that's like a soufflé waiting to split so I'm going to see what happens...


Much like my enthusiasm for this Oopsy Roll recipe, this thing has seriously deflated as you can see. Whew. that's nowhere near it was. It did that in the first 10 minutes of coming out of the oven let me see if I can angle shot on that looky there you see that now I'll be the first to admit that you can see here on the side we had some overflow edge so six eggs give or take you know they're large eggs is what i use but Mother Nature doesn't work in exact figures so maybe there were two metrics I overfilled it and so that gave us this muffin top edge not this muffin top this muffin top edge that held onto the pan and then the center deflate it leaving the sides up so that's going to make an awkward slice so if I did this again I would make sure not to fill it as much or make two smaller loafs now I've got to address something and I don't know any other way to say it except to just come out and say it this smells like a poot.


There's no other way to say it. this has six eggs in it which is not a you know an extraordinary amount but when you combine it with the garlic powder and the onion powder it kind of smells like a poot. So all right let's wrestle into this booger and see what happens I can tell you that it made a hell of a mess in the oven thank god I did put a pan down I don't know how to get amongst this oh let's just let it out like this - oopsie- much like an oopsy roll okay so get out of the way oh it's literally just sinking in my hands it's cool to the touch but it is just weird I'm not a lot that is freaking weird it's weeping all right hold on let's take this i'm going to slice it up let's see how this looks is there is no structural integrity to speak of at all it's a cloud all right - more like a marshmallow that cloud I knew this going in that I'm not a while fan of this stuff the texture it is so weird and eggy now this is those don't even look worthy of taking a photo love but I'm going to do it now granted had I put this in some sort of larger loaf pan or giving it more room - that smells like poot! - whoo! Okay, let's take some photos for this before I taste it try to clean up this weepage that it did yeah literally it just oozed something out of it.


(Maybe it was rain, since its Cloud Bread!) Let's try this mess. now, I know, I don't even say it I'm prejudiced against the Oopsie Roll Bread. Yeah, I am! Let's see what we got okay yeah it's a weird shape I mean it is soft listen to that you hear that sounds like styrofoam oh it tastes like a poot, too! no I definitely takes the- whoo- I definitely taste the garlic powder and the onion powder and that's not necessarily a bad thing it's just that when you're making white sandwich bread you don't think about garlic I know they did that to make it savory so that it didn't taste sweet and cake like but you had no intentions of making this sweet and cake like because it is nothing but custard and eggs I mean it just is egg egg egg egg this second thing of the ingredients where does a (Get off facebook!) The last thing it says is "best if toasted", keep refrigerated.



Because it's made out of eggs and it's so weird and spongy that the only way to give it a texture possibly even similar to bread is to toast the hell out of it and you know why I'm not making a sandwich out of that if you like oopsy rolls then good for you but all right we got one more recipe to go the third one catch you back here in just a minute the third contestant in our bread battle comes to us from a rather new Internet community called Keto Connect. again be sure to check out their channel using the link in the description below. Megha and Matt are two smart and enthusiastic keto evangelists who have created a massive online community of ketogenic followers with some very tasty recipes. Their low carb bread recipe is probably their most popular. Hell, they even claim it is definitively the best low carb bread recipe on the internet. Today we're putting that claim to the test.


Okay let's try to do this without ruining everything whoa that looks pretty good that looks really nice again it's not as big of a loaf and truthfully I probably beat the hell out of that thing with them with the Cuisinart I am reluctant to use a Cuisinart to fold in egg whites because there's just no getting around that thing goes a thousand miles an hour and you can't control that all right smells great so let's cut this booger open and taste it yeah again it didn't rise quite as much as I wanted it to Oh looks pretty good really hot I probably should let this cool a little more but those are really pretty kind of wow those look really good okay so is this definitively the best low carb bread on the market let's find out looks really nice like a lot of these baked goods it's probably going to be better probably gonna be better when cooled okay how much carbs? For less than 1 gram of carbs per serving that's not to bad! it's actually pretty excellent we're going to line up our three breads and do the deed! Stay tuned.


ok guys so here we are um we've got all of our contestants lined up ready to be judged. Voila'! Aren't they beautiful? Well, Kinda. Except for him. all right here we go in the order that we made them this is the Soul Bread recipe. this is the Cloud Bread recipe. This is Keto Connect's famous low carb bread. I've made these multiple times and I'm pretty well-versed in what they taste like all right our first situation here let's taste one of these all right this is our Soul Bread.


Right looks pretty nice texture you definitely know there's some cream cheese in there the texture and flake of this is pretty good and it's going to hold up well to a sandwich okay number two: Cloud Bread. Well this looks like thunder storm bread I guess you could say because that looks pretty rough so not what you can do with that directions blatantly say better when toasted because it's really I don't know can you hear can you hear that? Toasting would dry some of that up but yeah still taste like poots. The garlic and onion powder are too strong in this for this to be a sandwich bread I don't want to taste garlic and onions when i taste sandwich but I do appreciate why they were using it to try to avoid the feeling of a dessert bread okay well I'm not a fan of that I'm sorry thing you know you love that I think the quiet bread is the best thing you've ever had but damn it's terrible to me and then lastly is keyed up an x-ray which I thought was really good you can see I've got some inconsistencies here like this that is poor job of mixing on my part so if I had this to do again I would take it out of the food processor after you've added the initial third of the egg whites.


It's fluffy enough then to then be able to gently fold in the remaining two thirds without letting your Cuisinart whip the sh#t out of it and knock all the bubbles down and then you don't have a rise and it looks like this like cornbread but having said that the texture is pretty good also it still has some of that a taste and egg sound and let me just get this out of the way because we're not using wheat flour we don't have gluten to give us texture and because we can't use sugar we don't have anything to activate our yeast in to give rise so regardless of which recipe you try, it's gonna taste like eggs! Because eggs are what we have available to create rise with some baking soda and baking powder.


So, do not come up onto my front porch hollering about how this sh#t tastes like eggs. I know it tastes like eggs - I taste it! The point is, to me, which of these is the least eggy and the most bread-like? Now, who do you think it is? I'm gonna be honest with you this is not even a contender. Cloud Bread is terrible. To me. Tastes and smells like poots. And nobody wants a poot sandwich. so it's really between these two guys and I'll be honest with you it's probably a toss-up I could probably find in a group of a hundred people 50 of them would probably prefer this one 50 of them would probably before actually no, 49 would prefer this one and 49 and would prefer that one and 2 of them would like this sh#t in the middle! Blech! Anyway, so it's probably a 50-50 toss-up but I'm going to add a third wheel to this bicycle I guess a fourth wheel I'm going to add a fourth wheel to this because i made a loaf of this last night and i made a little change to it do you remember we were supposed to add sucralose to this the two drops of sucralose what I did was was instead of adding sugar to this I omitted the sugar and added one ingredient that I think really made the difference boom can you see that some yeast rapid rise yeast no we don't have sugar to act to make this so it's not going to act as a leavening agent like yeast of traditionally does but you know what it does have flavor it takes like! Yeast! Guess what else tastes like yeast? Bread! So why not add yeast even though it can't do its job as a leavener, why not add the yeast as a flavoring agent to these eggy crappy crazy low carb breads? So that's what I did! And it tastes d@mn good! so I probably added half of one of these packs to a full recipe of this soul bread and if I had to do it again I would probably go ahead and just add the whole package this as one of these it's like a buck fifty for three of these things.


So to me that was the real kicker let me just show you what it looks like and I'm going to take it how good it was it was so good I'll my pain at all this stuff really freaking up at this display we'll do it like this boop boop this has the Fleischman's rapid rise yeast in it that really made it taste good so ready we're going to do it Soul Bread really does come in first place second place - booya!: keto connect bread that's pretty darn good and truthfully I would probably alternate weeks like if you're going to make some of this and just have some sandwich bread on hand I would probably alternate these in alternate weeks just to keep things lively third place and really really not good to me blessed is the flour bread and then home side my little love up here with the yeast he's my MVP I think from now on when I make any sort of baked good that's supposed to be a yeast bread equivalent why not add yeast as a seasoning just like garlic powder onion powder just use it as a seasoning no it can't do its job but tastes pretty good now in preparation for this I did a little online shopping an online retailer has shipped me this look at it just came out of the freezer because it arrives frozen in this bag of shame because I guess that's the way they shipped low carb bread these days for a shameful people so we're going to test it against our homemade bread and cie I'm going to be honest with you I'm very very skeptical joking now I got to be honest with you I'm very very skeptical of commercial low carb bread products seriously just google it google low carb bread lawsuit I'm not trying to make any statements about any companies and what they do I just know that in the past there have been several very high-profile cases involving low carb bread and low-carb pasta where the manufacturers were caught blatantly lying about the carb count and they were sued and had to pay fines to the government I'm not saying that that's what this is this is probably the one of the most popular low carb bread available online it has a very devout following but some people also hate it my god they got it locked up my damn plutonium come on here yet to live look at how this thing is this is have you ever had a bread unboxing haha this is a bread unboxing video I should really do this Wow okay so it comes in these little things up I even those that's cool little ice cube now okay this is great low carb bread company and it says there are eight total carbs per slice seven grams of fiber so that's one carb per slice of this bread it's going to be frozen we're gonna pop it in the microwave real quick gotta say it looks good and because of that I am bizarrely skeptical of this all dresses are often silly taste it and again sweet little great low corporate company I'm not saying that you have a lot about your car counts I do not I you're probably extremely very honest Christian people just know that it has happened in the past with other manufacturers who are still selling low carb bread to unsuspecting people who were buying it little bit snug was just about 15 seconds in the microwave to the say what I'm supposed to do this keeping on the freezer not a damn instruction one Jesus Christ all right would I use this instead of making one of these smells kind of ready that's kind of yeast II oh it's tough guess what it doesn't taste like eggs it doesn't doesn't mean it's good very dry oh and almost no flavor at all it's almost so its water Oh vital wheat gluten and it has wheat fiber and it has wheat protein isolate and it has modified wheat starch so while it is low carb you definitely cannot say this is Quito because you're not supposed to be eating wheat if you're eating Quito I don't know if you like that stuff go for it you know it's probably good to have one in the freezer just for like days that you lose your mind and definitely need some bread and don't have time to whip up something but yeah Mick sorry break low carb bread company I'm sure I'll be getting your sponsor check in the mail soon so there you have it folks all of these are breads next time you make some get your little package of yeast fifty cents and throw it in one of these recipes and just see what happens alright guys that's it you've been a trooper with a lot of work I'm exhausted let's go eat some bread now if you like this video hit the like button below or better yet like this video and subscribe to our Channel these videos are way for me to maintain my focus on a low carb eating plan I've personally experienced for weight loss and better help the low con lifestyle to produce so I appreciate you guys coming along for the journey we make videos every week so if there's a low carb recipe out there you'd like me to try let me know in the comments below we'll see you again you

Welcome all! Papa G here. Today I present
a taste of Mexico - Taco Casserole. This very easy to make,
low carb casserole is full of flavor. It not only makes a fantastic meal for Taco
Tuesday, it is also great for meal prep Sundays. Let's get started. For our
taco seasoning, mixed together some chili powder; cumin; salt; ground black pepper;
garlic powder; onion powder; and some cayenne pepper. Give a mix until well
blended. Split the seasoning in half and set it aside. To a skillet on medium-high heat, and 16
ounces of ground beef. Break it up into smaller pieces as it cooks. Drain the
liquid and return to the heat. Drain one 10-ounce can of original Rotel and add it
to the beef. Add some minced garlic; some chopped green onions; and half of our
taco seasoning. Stir and cook for an additional two to three minutes. Remove
from the heat and set aside. Add four large eggs to a mixing bowl. Add the
remainder of our taco seasoning and give a little mix to break up the eggs.


Pour
in some heavy cream; a little sour cream and give a mix until everything is well
blended. Now add four ounces of grated Monterey Jack cheese and give another
mix. Add the beef mixture to an 8 by 8 or 9
by 7 inch baking dish. Pour in our egg and cream mixture and mix thoroughly
until combined. Add another 4 ounces of Monterey Jack
cheese over the top. Top with some sliced black olives and some sliced
pickled jalapenos. Place in the center of a preheated 350°F oven for about 30
minutes. Remove and let set for about 10 minutes. Serve garnished with some green
onions and sour cream and enjoy! There you have it folks! My taco casserole
recipe. A full flavored meal anytime you're craving Mexican food for dinner. I

we're a busy family of four my husband
and I both work full time we have two growing boys that are both active in
sports so we can be a struggle sometimes to put a healthy home-cooked low-carb
dinner on the table so I've created seven different recipes for you guys
that you can go to for your dinners and this doesn't involve pulling cheese off
of a pizza or having a fast-food bunless burger these are all easy very delicious
recipes that you can make I'm going to show you how to meal prep today we have
some freezer friendly recipes one that's in the instant pot these are all recipes
that you can make in 30 minutes or less and they're delicious
- your family's gonna love them so let's get started the recipes that we're gonna make below
are all very simple and they're family favorites of ours - they're my go-to
recipes when we have a busy night and I'm not quite sure what to cook I'm
going to show you how to make chicken schnitzel a fajita bowl chili in the instant
pot along with some keto cornbread to go with it keto enchiladas keto lasagna
pesto chicken and keto pizza these are all very easy recipes and the best part
is is that they're only gonna involved buying two different types of protein at
the grocery store we're only buying ground beef and chicken thighs and a
couple of these recipes use leftover meat that we had made the night before
I'm gonna have the full recipe links down below they can all be found on my
website to start with the meal prep I like to do
my meal prepping on Sundays because it's my day off and it will set me up for the
rest of the week but of course you can meal prep on any day that's more
convenient for you on this day I like to prepare all of my vegetables for the
week so we're gonna chop them up get them ready to go I'm gonna roast some of
them I'm also gonna prepare a lot of my proteins too for the week there's a
couple of different freezer meals that we're gonna make and we're gonna make up
a batch of fat head dough to make things easier throughout the week I like to
prep up all of my vegetables that we're gonna have throughout the week on Sunday
so that involves all of the washing the chopping the roasting or grilling
whatever I'm doing it's gonna be prepared and I'm gonna prepare these
vegetables if I am cooking them today they're gonna be / cooked so just
slightly undercooked so that when I do reheat them on the day that we're gonna
have them they don't become overcooked and soggy so today we're roasting up
onion and bell pepper after I've sliced up all of my onion and bell pepper we're
gonna mix it together with some olive oil and some salt and pepper and place
it on a parchment lined baking tray and we're gonna roast these in the oven at
350 degrees for about 10 minutes later on in the week I'm gonna be making
a chili so I want to make sure I have my vegetables for the chili all prepped up
chopped and ready to go so in that recipe I'm gonna need 1 full bell pepper
1 jalapeno and a half of an onion so I'm gonna have all of those ingredients
chopped up and ready to go and just store them in an airtight container in
the refrigerator until I need them I also want to have some asparagus tonight
for dinner so I'm gonna go ahead and roast that up now as I'm roasting the
other vegetables while my vegetables are roasting it's time to make up my Spanish
cauliflower rice I'm gonna use this as a side dish
for one of the meals on one night and it's also gonna be the base for our
fajita Bowl that we're gonna have tomorrow I'm doubling the batch of this
cauliflower recipe because like I said we're gonna be having it on two separate
nights once my cauliflower rice is done I'm
going to move on to making some ground beef so this is ground beef that's going
to go in my lasagna and my enchiladas for the week I'm going to use two pounds
of ground beef and brown it in a skillet along with one onion once my ground beef
is cooked I'm going to separate them out evenly and add a marinara sauce to one
portion and an enchilada sauce to the other next I'm gonna assemble both of these
casseroles so for one I'm making Akita lasagna and then the other one is going
to be a keto enchiladas these both can be stored either in the
refrigerator if you're gonna have them soon and over the next couple of days or
you can store them in the freezer too next I'm going to start preparing what
we're gonna have for dinner tonight which is my chicken schnitzel recipe
this is a crusted chicken it's delicious it's made with ground pork rinds and
almond flour you guys have to check out this recipe because it's one of our
favorites once again I'll have it linked down
below for you to follow we're making up a double batch of this chicken schnitzel
because we're gonna have it tonight for dinner but we're also gonna have it the
next day and our fajita Bowl while my chicken schnitzel is cooking in
the frying pan I'm going to move on to making some fat head dough this fat head
dough is going to be used to make a keto Pizza on Friday Fridays we like to make
pizza in our house and also some breadsticks to go along with the lasagna
when we have that on one of the nights I love making up fat head dough ahead of
time because you can store it in the refrigerator and it's freezer safe too
so you could pop it in the freezer if you're not sure if you're gonna eat it
over the next couple of days my chicken stencil is almost done so now it's time
to make the other side dishes that we're gonna have tonight for dinner first up
I'm gonna be making a buttery keto pasta and the pasta that I'm going to use is
this one it's pi0 noodle and it's a shirt off your noodle but it also has
some oat fiber in it it only has one that gram of carbs per serving and it's
really good they're not rubbery they actually taste good too once they're
mixed with other things so I'm gonna make these up I'm just gonna be adding
butter and some parsley and salt earlier I roasted up some asparagus we're gonna
be having that for dinner tonight too it's Monday night and like I said we're
going to be using that leftover chicken stencil that we made last night to make
a fajita bowl now chicken schnitzel can get a little soggy once that's
refrigerated no problem we're just gonna crisp that outer crust back up in the
airfryer if you don't have an air fryer you can just pop them back in the oven
and heat them for about 10 to 12 minutes until it's cooked through and crispy on
the outside and with the air fryer we're gonna do the same I'm gonna heat these
up at about 360 390 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes next we're just gonna portion out our
Spanish cauliflower rice I top it with some of those roasted vegetables the
chicken schnitzel that's sliced up I love putting avocado sour cream you
could add guacamole or salsa to this too and a little sprinkling of cheese it's
delicious and a super simple easy meal for you meal number three we're gonna be
having enchiladas know if you decided to freeze these you can either take them
out of the freezer the morning of and just let them thaw throughout the day or
you can cook them from frozen along with our enchiladas we're gonna
have more of those rested vegetables that we made the other night tonight we're making my instant pot
chili and cornbread this recipe is delicious and I get a lot of positive
reviews about it but it's okay if you don't have an instant pot you can still
make it just throw it on a stovetop to make or you can put it in your slow
cooker too once again the full recipe is down below in the description box and we
already prepped out our veggies that are gonna go in this chili on Sunday so it's
gonna make it even easier because we're gonna just throw everything into the pot
let it sauté and then pressure cook it for a few minutes while my chili is
cooking an instant pot it's time to make that keto cornbread and this is the
easiest keto cornbread that you can make it basically you can make it at one pot
if you wanted to and we're gonna cook it in the microwave
for six to ten minutes or you can pop it in the oven too I have instructions on
how to cook it in the oven on my website tonight we're having my chicken pesto
for dinner and this is one recipe that I actually like to prep in the morning
just to make the marinade so the chicken is coated and it has all that delicious
pesto flavor so I mix everything up first thing in the morning keep it in a
ziplock bag ready to go to bake when I get home from work all we do is just dump my ingredients
from the ziplock bag into a baking dish and bake it in the oven along with the pesto chicken I'm also
gonna just pop into the microwave a freezer bag of cauliflower rice and some
broccolini Friday night is usually pizza night at
our house so I'm going to take that Fathead dough that I prepped up the
other day and we're gonna use it to make keto pizza I'm also going to be taking
any leftover chicken I have from that pesto chicken and it's going to be a
pesto chicken pizza we're gonna add a little bit of cherry tomatoes some
leftover roasted vegetables along with some leftover pesto and it's pizza the last meal for this week is an easy
one and it's that lasagna that we froze up so once again you can thaw this out
in the morning or just pop it right in the oven I'm also gonna make up some
breadsticks out of that leftover Fathead dough that we have for these breadsticks
it's super simple you're just gonna roll them out into little logs or snake
shapes brush with some butter and some garlic powder or garlic salt and bake

this time of year i usually get a ton of 
requests for soup recipes and i thought i   would tie in you guys were loving that video i 
did on the keto budget if you haven't seen it   click up here it's how you can make 84 meals 
feeding a family of four for a week for just   40. super cool video i'll have it 
linked down below for you guys too   but you guys were wanting like another keto budget 
video so i thought what a cool way to tie in   making keto soups along with how to save money too 
let's do some budget friendly keto soup recipes   i'm gonna go on walmart.com because i want to see 
if i can get each of these keto soup recipes to   be less than five dollars a recipe now some of 
these recipes have overlapping ingredients too   so that's going to help me save money groceries 
are ordered let's go pick them up the thing that i   like about curbside pickup at walmart that i know 
exactly what i'm getting and how much i'm spending   i mean sure there might be out of some product 
sometimes but for the most part you know exactly   what you're spending so that's a tip for you guys 
is to do curbside pickup just to watch your budget   we are gonna dive on into these keto soup 
recipes i'm gonna show you how to make them   i'm to tell you what the macros are and 
we're going to go over the pricing plus   i'm going to give you some more tips on how 
to save money when you're on the keto diet   the first soup we're going to start with is my 
keto chicken noodle soup and yes this does have   noodles in it we're gonna make our own keto egg 
noodles in a large stock pot we're gonna add two   tablespoons of butter and melt that down and then 
we're gonna add in a half a cup of diced onion   three stalks of celery that you've sliced 
up and a quarter cup of chopped carrots   now i know you're probably going to think well 
carrots aren't keto but we're only using a quarter   cup of chopped carrots so it hardly adds any 
carbs to this a quarter cup of chopped carrots   will add around 2 grams of net carbs for the 
entire soup so that's hardly anything especially   if this serves around like four to six people you 
want to cook these until your vegetables are just   tender you don't want to overcook it until they're 
softened because the veggies will continue to cook   as they're simmering in the broth and you 
don't want to end up with like mushed veggies   then you're gonna add in your chicken 
broth this is three cups of chicken   broth going in here and i'm gonna stick in a 
bay leaf this is optional you don't have to   use that if you don't want to but if you do have 
some line around your pantry and want to use up   some of your bay leaves this is a great time to 
add some flavor then we're going to bring this   to a boil and then reduce the heat to a simmer 
and you're going to let it cook uncovered and   while your chicken soup is cooking then we're 
going to move on to making our keto egg noodles   to make these noodles you're going to need one 
cup of almond flour a tablespoon of xanthan gum   you could use agar powder too if you want to as 
a replacement a half a teaspoon of salt you're   gonna whisk it together until it's combined and 
then you're gonna add in a third cup of hot water along with one egg mix it together until it forms a dough ball and 
then we're going to put this down in between   two sheets of parchment paper flatten it out and 
roll it till it's about like an eighth of an inch   to a quarter of an inch thick then you're going 
to cut off your noodles you can do a thick noodles   if you want some thick noodles in your chicken 
noodle soup or thinner strips if you prefer that   lay them down on a parchment paper and you 
can either let these air dry or i like to   pop mine in a 200 degree oven for around 
15 20 minutes or so this will just help   set the noodles if you were to add 
your noodles straight to your broth   it still works but they're a little bit more 
mushy and they tend to dissolve like the   longer they're in there once your egg noodles 
are ready you can add them to your soup just   make sure you remove your soup beforehand so 
it's not too hot and you're ready to serve the macros for the soup for one bowl if we're 
gonna divide it into four servings it's 282   calories 11.3 grams of fat 22.5 grams 
of protein and it's only 3.2 net carbs this keto soup recipe comes to around six 
dollars and thirty cents some ways to save   more money on this recipe and to get a little 
bit more cost effective is to actually make your   own chicken broth so you can purchase chicken 
legs or chicken thighs from the store and then   put them in a pot of water and then let that boil 
for around like an hour and a half or so you will   make your own chicken broth that way and it makes 
up a large amount especially if you keep on adding   water to it and it's healthy because it's chicken 
bone broth so that's one way that you can save   money and you can use that on all of these recipes 
here that i'm giving you that do require chicken   broth another way is to just completely omelet 
the noodles you could actually go with maybe   a vegetable instead cabbage is a really good 
substitute for a low-carb chicken noodle soup   along with um there's you can use bean sprouts if 
you wanted to zucchini noodles would be fabulous   in this too so that would actually they'd 
probably be cheaper than making your own   almond flour egg noodles i just like to have i 
just love that comfort food that noodle part in   there and it's delicious to me when you make it 
like this on its own and it's super simple too   you can serve this chicken noodle soup with some 
low-carb rolls i have a recipe for some delicious   keto bread rolls that everybody raves about i did 
do a video on it already you can click up here to   watch it or i'll have it listed down below in the

this is one of my favorite recipes it is   a keto clam chowder in a medium saucepan or a 
dutch oven you're gonna melt down some butter   and then we'll add in half a cup of diced onion   three sliced up celery stalks and a quarter cup of 
red bell pepper i like to use the red bell pepper   in this recipe as a replacement for the carrots 
but you could go with carrots if you want to   cook this until your veggies are 
softened and then we're going to   add in some arrowroot powder i'm using a root 
powder as a thickener i always have it on hand   it's a great keto thickener because it's low 
in carbs and it really thickens more than   flour does so just a little bit goes a long way 
we're going to stir in some chicken broth and   then add in your clams these are canned clams 
i'm going to use the entire can plus the juice and then whisk in your heavy cream an option here 
is to use a daikon radish if you want to this is   an added expense but it just gives that potato 
like feeling like all clam chowder has potatoes   this recipe does not use potatoes because potatoes 
are higher in carbs but we can substitute to get   that same like flavor or texture by using a radish 
and i like to use daikon radish because it looks   just like a potato and it takes on the flavor 
of the soup too so it doesn't taste weird we'll   add our seasonings which is one bay leaf half a 
teaspoon of salt and a half a teaspoon of pepper   bring it to a boil and then let 
it simmer for around 15 minutes   another option is to top this with some 
crumbled bacon is super delicious but it   does add an extra expense onto your keto five 
dollar soup and actually when i calculated out   the cost of the soup recipe it's actually less 
than five dollars it came to three dollars and   five cents that is if you use chicken broth that 
we already made from our chicken noodle soup if   you wanted to use the box kind from walmart or 
wherever it would probably add an additional 30 cents the macros on this soup for one serving 
it's around 200 calories it's 204 calories   the fat is 17.6 grams protein is 4.3 grams and the 
neck carbs are 2.6 grams so this is a little bit   higher in carbs just because clams do have carbs 
in them but you can decrease that if you want to   add less clams decrease some of the vegetables 
and you will bring down your net carbs but it   would fit into your macros especially if you 
only um are having like two or three meals   a day and your net carbs are around five 
grams this recipe is already inexpensive   but if you did want to save some money then 
i would just not put in maybe the bell pepper   decrease some of the onion maybe only do half a 
can of clams although you already bought the one   cans you might as well just throw the whole 
thing in there but again using chicken broth   that you've already made will help here too up 
next let's turn a cheeseburger into a soup we're   going to be making keto cheeseburger soup this 
recipe is so good and it has so many different   toppings and add-ons you can do to it but 
we're just going to make the bare bones version   but i'll tell you what you could add to it to 
make it even more tastier in a large stockpot   we're going to add one pound of ground beef 
and cook it over medium heat until it's brown remove your ground beef from your stockpot 
set it aside and we're gonna cook our veggies   in the same pot we're gonna add some butter a quarter cup of diced onion a 
quarter cup of red bell pepper   and three stalks of celery that are chopped up cook that until your veggies are softened 
that'll take around three to five minutes   next we're going to add back in our ground 
beef at this point if you wanted to add some   of that daikon radish you could do that many 
of the traditional cheeseburger soup recipes   actually use potato they use it more as 
like a thickener but if you wanted that   you know potato texture in there you could add 
a daikon radish in there but it's more expensive and then i'm going to add one 
teaspoon of arrowroot powder   as a thickener but the soup doesn't 
really need a thickener just because   it does have the heavy cream and the 
cheese which is going to thicken it naturally bring your soup to a boil and then turn down the 
heat and let it simmer for around 10 to 12 minutes   next we're going to remove it from the heat 
and we're going to stir in two cups of grated   cheddar cheese along with one cup of heavy 
cream then you'll add in salt and pepper for seasoning   now this keto cheeseburger soup is 
delicious just like this or we could   add on some fun toppings you can put on 
some crumbled bacon some more diced onions   some more cheese on there tomato shredded 
lettuce like pretty much anything that you would   put on a burger you could add to the top and it's 
really good i especially like the iceberg lettuce   just because it kind of gives it like this little 
crunchy feel with each bite this low carb soup   is a little bit more keto friendly per serving 
it makes around six servings it's 582 calories   and 51.3 grams of fat 24.7 grams of protein and 
the net carbs are 3.1 grams now the soup did clock   in at a little bit above five dollars if you make 
your own chicken broth it comes at around 6.69   still an inexpensive keto meal 
especially if you're feeding six people i hope this video i gave you guys some

with your keto diet without breaking your budget

Looking for healthy Air Fryer recipes? I got you. Today I'm sharing 10 healthy foods, that
I made for my family this past week. You'll see some delicious lean
proteins, some healthy sides and even some savory snacks. Hey there! My name is Cathy from fabulesslyfrugal.com
and I'm so glad you are here. On this channel, my goal is to empower
you to use and love your Air Fryer. I've got more Air Fryer tips and
recipes down in the notes below. And today is all about healthier
Air Fryer recipes. Now personally, I think healthy
is the subjective term. Everyone has a different
version of healthy. So each of these can be
modified to fit your lifestyle. Either way they taste amazing and I
can't wait to share them with you. And I would love it if you would
let me know what kind of Air Fryer recipe you
would like to see in a future video. Just let me know in the comments
down below.


You ready? Let's go. All right, you have got to try frozen
broccoli roasted in the Air Fryer. I just have this big bag from Costco, that has four one pound bags of
frozen broccoli right inside of it. It is so simple and it's so much better
than microwaving or stovetop. You just dump your frozen broccoli
right in the basket, spread it out, so it's nice and even. And cook it at 300 for 10 minutes. At the halfway point, give it a
stir and then you pop back in. It's so simple.


After the 10 minutes of cooking, if you
want to crisp it up just a little bit, you could spray on a little bit
of oil and salt and pepper it, and then I just blasted it
at 400 for one more minute. And you guys, my kids gobble this up. It is so good. This is a sheet pan recipe, that
I adapted for the Air Fryer. This will serve about 8 people. So you can cut this
recipe in half. I did cook it up in both of my
Air Fryers. So Iíve got a whole red onion and then you can see, this is the size
of the squash and zucchini that I used. We chopped up those veggies and you'll
see that it made about 8 cups. Then we added 4 cups of chopped
broccoli to it. And now it's time to make the marinade.


Iíve got 3 tablespoons
of avocado oil. You could use olive oil as well. A third cup of balsamic vinegar. 1 to 2 table spoons of honey. I'm lazy and I eyeballed it here. A teaspoon of dried basil, half
teaspoon of dried oregano, a teaspoon of kosher salt and
a half teaspoon of pepper. Just whisk that up. Then I chopped up about a pound and a
half of boneless, skinless, chicken breasts and I'm adding that to all my
veggies, I've got a big bowl now. So I have room to stir it up. And then I just poured my marinade right
over the top and gave it a nice big stir. You'll notice my backdrop is different. Just FYI, we were doing a
photo shoot at the same time. So I had to pull out my props. Just stir that marinade in.


You'll definitely want that big bowl
if you're doing the whole recipe. And then give it some time to marinate
if you can. It just makes the taste
even more amazing. You'll see I have about 10 cups
of chicken and veggies here. So I used both of my Air Fryer pans. These are both nine by nine wide
and I had 4 to 5 cups in each. And I just dumped it right
there in the basket. You'll see not much
glaze was wasted. Spread it out evenly. And then we're going to start
it at 370 for 10 minutes. While that was cooking, I went ahead
and sliced up a bunch of grape or cherry tomatoes. Here we go after 10 minutes, you can
see it's almost done but not quite. So at this point, I decided I
was going to crank up the heat. I went to 400 for 5 minutes more. And at that point, it
was perfectly done. If you want your veggies more tender,
you can cook it for a little bit longer but this was just like the
perfect tender for us.


When it's done cooking, drop in your
fresh tomatoes and give it a stir. You can serve this right out of the
pan or pour it in a separate bowl. You guys, this one is
such a crowd pleaser. You could serve it over rice or
pasta or eat it all by itself. It is so delicious. So you'll need about a pound of large
shrimp that's uncooked, peeled and deveined. I'm using my cute little bag
holders today to help me out. Go ahead and put your raw shrimp
right in a quart sized Ziploc bag and then we're going to make
a nice little marinade. You'll need a third cup of honey, a
quarter cup of low sodium soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and optional you could add in a
teaspoon of minced fresh ginger. So good. When you have your marinade, go ahead and just put half of the
marinade right in the bag of shrimp. So I had about a quarter
cup of marinade left.


And then you're gonna let that marinate
in the fridge for at least 15 minutes, no more than 12 hours. You're going to save the rest of the
marinade for the end of the cooking. Now you will want to preheat
your Air Fryer. Mine has a cute little
preheat button. Go ahead and place the shrimp
right into the Air Fryer basket. Make sure it's in a nice single layer. And then I just use the shrimp setting
which is 6 minutes at 370 degrees. At the halfway point, give it a
stir with your silicone spatula and then let it finish cooking. Here you can see after the six
minutes at 370, it was done. In the leftover marinade, I just popped
in the microwave for about 3 minutes and we poured it over our
shrimp and our rice. It was so good. For this crustless quiche, you will
start out with some sausage. Now you can use turkey sausage. I just had some sausage
links I removed the casing and cut them up into
cute little pieces and then of course, go wash
your hands.


I'm gonna start at 350 for just
3 minutes, so I can give it a stir and
check on it. And while that's cooking, I got
about 3 ounces of spinach. You can see it's a good
hefty bowl of spinach. I covered it and popped
in the microwave with about a tablespoon of
water for a couple minutes, here's the sausage. Obviously not done yet. But I'm just breaking up
some of those larger pieces and then now I'm going to crank it up to
370 and cook it for 6 more minutes. Now here's the reminder
after three minutes. And I popped it open and
you know what? It looked done enough to me. I went ahead and got my cute
little pizza pan ready. I am giving that a light coating
of spray and then the beauty of cooking the
sausage right in the Air Fryer is that a lot of the grease
will just drain.


I poured my sausage in my pan and then I decided it was a
little too much grease for me. So I grabbed some paper towels to absorb
some more of the grease out of the sausage. Then check out my steamed spinach. I did drain some of the
moisture out of that spinach and then I just laid it right
over the top of my sausage. Then I threw on a handful of some
cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese. Then I mixed up three eggs with
about a third cup of milk. I threw in a quarter teaspoon of kosher
salt and then just a dash of pepper.


Oh! And I forgot. The fun secret ingredient
just a dash of nutmeg. So, I whisk that up and then just pour
it right over the top of my sausage, spinach and cheese. And I pushed everything down in just to make sure everything's
covered with the egg mixture. And then I'm just plopping
that right into my pan. It's not preheated. I'm going to bake it
at 350 for 12 minutes. And it came out perfect. You can tell it's done, when you pop a
little toothpick in the middle there and it comes out clean, which it did. This fed a couple of my kids and
was super, super yummy. I just used my silicone spatula
to pull it out and boom! Super yummy. Quick and easy healthy
hands off breakfast. Sweet potatoes in the Air Fryer
are amazing. If you've got larger sweet
potatoes like I do today, it's going to take a little bit
longer to cook. After you give them a nice wash, go ahead and pierce them with a
fork about 4 to 5 times and then I put them in my basket and I'm just gonna spray some
avocado oil and massage that in and then sprinkle on some kosher salt and
then close it up and get them baking.


You don't have to preheat. And you want to bake them
anywhere from 375 to 400. I went with 380 and I
gave it 40 minutes. At some point midway through cooking,
you will want to rotate those. And when they're done cooking, just give them a squeeze, if
they don't feel quite done just give them some more time. It really depends on how big
your sweet potatoes are. I tell you what, they are so amazing. This is seriously a nice healthy treat. This honey, mustard salmon
is delicious. You first want to make a foil sling because
the salmon is such a delicate meat. So my sling is about four inches wide and
it's gonna fit the width of the basket and I've got these cute little
handles to help me out.



And then next, you're
gonna make your sauce, which is simply a tablespoon
of Dijon mustard or 15 grams. And then 2 tablespoons of
honey, which comes to 42 grams. Blend that up and then you want
to save about a tablespoon to drizzle on the top afterwards. Now here are my salmon fillets. I got these from Costco. These are a little bit thicker. Of course the thicker your salmon,
the longer it will take to cook. Go ahead and pat them
dry with a paper towel and then I sprinkled on
some salt and pepper. And just massage that in. And then here is my glaze. I'm just going to brush it on both sides
of the salmon. Eek, now I'm getting
my hands dirty. And then since I still have
it on that foil sling, I'm just gonna lift it right
into the Air Fryer basket. Just tuck in the sling, so the foil
doesn't blow up into the fan. And I'm gonna put on a
little bit more glaze and then I'm just using
my preset button, right here for salmon, it's
350 for 8 minutes.


And there we go. I did not even have to rotate my
salmon, it is perfectly done. Use the foil sling to just
lift that out of the basket. Easy-peasy and so amazing. Get your extra glaze and you can pour
that right over the top of salmon. This one is so good. Zucchini bites. I just used 3 small zucchini
and we shredded it up. So it made about one and a half
to two cups of shredded zucchini. You'll want to be sure to get as much
moisture out of the zucchini as you can. So you can use paper
towels and squeeze it. You can use just your
hands and squeeze it. Or you could put the zucchini in
a clean towel and squeeze it. Just get as much liquid out as you can. You'll see I had a good quarter
cup of liquid there. Dump your zucchini in a bowl and
then you will add one beaten egg, a half cup of shredded sharp cheddar
cheese, a quarter cup of panko or dried bread crumbs and then
a quarter teaspoon of each. Dried basil, garlic powder and salt and
then just an eighth teaspoon of pepper.


And then just stir it up until
everything is nice and combined. Then get some parchment paper onto
the bottom of your Air Fryer basket. And I got my cute, little,
cookie scoop here. Which is about two tablespoons. You can either flatten them
out right in your hands or you could scoop right into the
Air Fryer and push them down so they're nice and flat. I was able to fit 9 in my basket. There is no need for oil on these because
the cheese will help crisp out the exterior and cook these babies up at 380
degrees for about 15 minutes and flip them once halfway.


Give them some time to cool and
set up and then enjoy. This Air Fryer marinated pork tenderloin
is amazing. First, I'm getting my little bag
holder again and a gallon size Ziploc for
my marinade. I'm starting with 3 tablespoons
of balsamic vinegar, two tablespoons of soy sauce,
one teaspoon of lemon juice, two tablespoons of brown sugar, one
and a half teaspoons of black pepper, one teaspoon of kosher salt,
one teaspoon of dried rosemary and then a half teaspoon of onion powder
and half teaspoon of garlic powder. Then close up the bag and give
that a nice little shake, until it's nice and blended.


And to that, I'm gonna add about a one
and a half pound pork tenderloin. This pack has two tenderloins
inside of it. I'm saving one for later and here is what the one and a
half pound tenderloin looks like. Throw it in the bag of marinade. You'll want to let it marinate for at
least 30 minutes, 2 hours if you can. Just don't go any more
than 8 to 12 hours. I sealed it up nice and tight so,
it's gonna sit and marinade nicely. After about 45 minutes, I put the parchment paper in
the basket of my Air Fryer because this is one that will just be
kind of tough to clean up afterwards.


Now with this thinner part
you'll see right here, you'll want to just kind of tuck
it under so it doesn't overcook. And then we're going to pop
it in at 400 for 10 minutes. After that, you'll see...
oh my word! Look how beautiful it looks. Rotate it. I like to flip it crosswise and flip it over and
then from here, depending on your Air Fryer, it's
going to be 6 to 10 minutes more. This is when you'e going to need
that meat thermometer. Here we go. It is looking so gorgeous. Let it rest for at least 5 minutes
before you cut into it. Thank heavens for the
parchment paper. You guys, look at that big mess. And here we go. It's been about 5,10 ten minutes and it is juicy and beautiful. This will probably serve
about 4 people. It's incredibly easy and so good. Chickpeas are such a healthy snack. They're packed with protein and fiber
and so versatile and easy to prepare.


I just have a 15 ounce can and you drain it right in your strainer,
no need to rinse it out. Level it out and pop it in your Air Fryer. First cycle is gonna dry it up. So we're gonna just cook it for
5 minutes at 390 degrees. Now that it's dried, out I'm gonna mist
just a little bit of oil right over the top and go for another 5 minutes. Now it's time to give them a shake. If they're stuck on there, that you will want to use your
silicone spatula to stir them up and then pop it in for 5 more minutes
at 390. At this point, you're going to make
your seasoning mix. And it's just one eighth spoon of each. Garlic powder, onion powder and
then a quarter teaspoon of each. Cinnamon and smoked paprika. That's it. Now chickpeas are so awesome because you can make up any
cool seasoning combination. If you have a seasoning combo that you
love with your chickpeas, let me know.


But that little hint of cinnamon
and the smoked paprika, oh my goodness! So good. At this point, pop it out. You can stir it up and sprinkle
on about half of your seasoning and now we're going to cook it
just for 2 minutes at 390. And these babies are done. They're a little bit hot. So put them in a bowl to cool. You'll see the cleanup
is so minimal. You just need some hot soapy water
and that's going to come right off. Sprinkle on the rest of your
seasoning and give it a stir and enjoy this scrumptious,
little healthy snack. This recipe is meant for grilled
chicken but I am adapting it for the Air Fryer. So starting out with a tablespoon of
melted butter and I'm adding 42 grams or
2 tablespoons of honey and then 2 tablespoons of Dijon
mustard or 30 grams. A half tablespoon of olive oil and
then a teaspoon of fresh lemon juice. I just used my bottled lemon juice. Throw in a little salt and pepper
and then mix that up. Just like we did for the salmon
and the shrimp, we're gonna set some
of the glaze aside and then I have my 2 chicken breasts.


They're about 6 ounces each. I'm just gonna pound it down so
I can even out the thickness. That way, it will cook
a little more evenly. Doing it right in between parchment
paper, makes it a little bit less messy. Next, just brush the glaze on
both sides of the chicken. Chicken varies because
of the thickness. So I'm gonna start at 380 for 8 minutes
and check and see how it's going. Here it is after 5 minutes, and you can see it still has some
cooking to do. I decided to flip it a little bit
earlier. And I increased the time to
6 minutes here. So I ended up at about 11 minutes at 380
because these are a little bit thicker. And here they are hitting
just about 160. If I let them rest, they
can finish cooking up. Grab that remaining glaze and
pour it over the chicken and oh my goodness! If you're looking for more simple

hey guys welcome back to my channel if you're 
new here my name is rina i'm 40 and i have been   carnival for nearly one year today i am bringing 
you my best seven breakfast carnival options   for you guys to maintain success on this carnival 
lifestyle these breakfast options are budget   friendly super delicious and i'm including one new 
carnival food that i have not tried before that's   going to come up in this video and i have stopped 
one important habit that i have done for the last   10 years i have stopped it this week so i'm going 
to show you guys that and my results but without   further ado let's get into breakfast number one 
it is really really early here it is 6 30 a.m   this girl doesn't have any makeup on but that's 
fine i need to make some breakfast and i'm gonna   start my day and start my work so this morning 
what i am making is some ground beef as you guys   know i use this 80 20 ground beef this is just 
from cw farms and it's 12 australian dollars per   kilo i am adding something special on top so i'm 
gonna get going and cook this and show you what it   looks like now just before i start making the beef 
i do want to let you guys know that i am no longer   fasting so if you guys don't know i was fasting 
previously i'd have my first meal at around one   or two o'clock but i just wanted to try something 
different now i don't know if this is the carnival   lifestyle but i have been waking up really early 
at around 5 00 a.m and i usually sleep at around   10 or 11 so basically i am getting around six 
hours of sleep but i am feeling great but when i'm   waking up early what is happening is that i'm 
getting hungry earlier and that is perfectly fine   if you guys wake up at 5am it does not mean that 
you have to fast the whole day you guys don't even   need to fuss and that's something that i thought 
that i needed to do too fast to maintain my weight   to make sure that i'm achieving my optimal health 
but i did do an amazing interview with stephanie   person and we discussed fasting and fasting might 
not be right for anyone but anyway i am ranting   today it is 6 30 a.m doing my beef and i'm gonna 
show you what i'm having on top but yep not   fasting and excited for my breakfast so while the 
beef is frying up in the pan getting all nice and   crispy i want to show you guys something new that 
i'm adding to my beef so what i have here is some   beef liver now this is 100 organically sourced it 
is great for b12 this has so many vitamins look   guys it has vitamin a 3330 international units it 
also has niacin selenium iron and folate now when   it comes to beef liver i only add this once or 
twice a week and beef liver is really good for   vitamin a so it's really good for your overall 
health it's really good for your skin as well so i   do add this one you guys can get 10 off any order 
i'll leave the link or the code in the description   but use this try it out because honestly guys this 
one it doesn't taste like anything bad i literally   can't taste anything which is really good when 
you're trying out something new because i don't   want to be tasting something strange and weird 
in my beef because the beef by itself with my   redmond's real salt it is delicious i'm going 
to show you that i'm just going to add in about   a teaspoon or so then i'm adding my special thing 
on top which i am loving these days so maybe just   about half a teaspoon i'm gonna add that in and 
it's gonna be delicious okay let me show you what   we have here i'm excited so i have my beef mince 
here i know this doesn't look a lot but it is   fattier 80 20 ground beef and i've got some triple 
brie cheese this is my favorite and i'm also going   to add some redmond's real salt this one is 
really good quality so i add this on everything   i also travel with this as well just to make sure 
i'm getting good quality salt now i have said to   you guys before that i don't really do dairy but 
sometimes when you're on that time of the month   sometimes you just want to have something a bit 
yummy so i am indulging in a little bit of cheese   and that is something for you guys to think about 
as well if you guys want something that is still   carnivore-based but maybe it's not entirely what 
you eat all the time that's okay for me whether it   be cream my coffee i love my coffee and with the 
cheese that's what i'm doing so you guys let me   know what is something that you have that you know 
it's still kind of appropriate but you know that   you shouldn't be having let me know but i'm gonna 
enjoy my breakfast guys hey guys so breakfast this   morning is something super delicious i am having 
salmon with some cheese and i know i'm having   cheese again but i love my cheese and i just 
want to have it this week and see how i go it's   all about trial and error with the carnival 
diet so with the salmon i just want to show   you guys that i have actually patted this dry 
really really well so this skin is nice and dry   i am going to add on some on top of it some 
redmond's real salt and then fry it on high   heat and that's going to make it really really 
crispy so i'm super excited for this breakfast   so as i said i do add salt but i tend to like 
to add some salt when the food is cooked so i   don't know if you guys like that as well sometimes 
especially like when i'm cooking beef or lamb or   even pork i never add salt because i just find 
that the salt dissipates when i cook especially   in the airfryer but with salmon i do find adding 
in the salt on the skin it just helps it become   more crispy so let me know is there any other 
ways that you guys know how to make the skin   really really crispy on seven because i love 
when i go to restaurants and they make this   delicious crispy salmon but i do know that when 
i go to restaurants they they do kind of like   score the salmon so with the skin they get a 
knife and they just kind of score it and they   really fry in a lot of oil so i don't really know 
what kind of oil they use they probably use seed   oil which i don't want to be using so i am going 
to be cooking this in some butter and i'm using   kerry gold butter so i'll show you guys what it 
looks like okay guys my salmon is cooked and it   is delicious i want to show you the crispy 
skin now i know it's really hard to see and   through the camera it is super hard but this is 
really really crispy skin and it's going to be   delicious so as i said i cooked it in kerrygold 
butter and what i'm going to eat after this is   some camembert cheese now you guys did see before 
i did have triple brie cheese and i finished the   whole thing in two days so i had half on one day 
half on the other day so when i like something i   eat it super quick probably you guys are the same 
especially like when it comes to a carnivore diet   there are limited options and they are 
delicious options but when i love something   like ground beef i eat a lot of it and i finish 
things super quick so with this one look i want to   have a quarter but let's face it i will probably 
have half of this and usually i have this after   because it acts like a dessert especially with the 
carnival diet obviously we're not having sugars   obviously we're not having desserts so we 
do need to have things in place that kind   of act like a finisher to a meal and it is super 
smoky in here from making the salmon so i do have   the cheese and i also do have sometimes some 
carnival bars i will have a quarter or a half   again it's just a finisher after a meal and i do 
get that question a lot around having desserts how   do you not have desserts after eating a meal 
because it is hard and my advice for you guys   is to not forgo what you want you have to give 
yourself a substitute for what you want instead   which is equally as satisfying so for me it is 
this cheese or camembert cheese or carnivore bar   so let me know what you guys like what you guys 
use as your substitute for that something sweet   it could be your something savory well with a kind 
of a lifestyle you guys will be fine if you have a   savory tooth but for me it was definitely a sweet 
tooth i would eat so much sugar even even after   i was doing keto and even now carnival before i 
would even love dark chocolate but i can't even do   dark chocolate these days so i'm ranting again so 
i do my cheese and i do my carnival bars but i'm   gonna get stuck in this salmon for my breakfast 
and i'm gonna see you guys for the next meal okay   hey guys i want to share with you what i'm having 
for my breakfast and i'm so excited because it is   something different now if you can see i'm 
wearing a sports bra because i just did a 10   minute hit workout if you guys don't know i'm the 
creator of the five minute body so they are daily   micro habits to get you to achieve your health 
goals so sometimes we don't have time to exercise   to go to the gym to do one hour or even 30 minute 
workouts so i include these five or even 10 minute   full body hit workouts just to get a workout in 
and i am feeling so happy for it because for me   when i don't move when i don't do things that are 
good for me in terms of achieving my health goals   i suffer for it and especially when it comes to 
movement because for me it is about movement is   not about structured exercise and that's 
another thing when i spoke with stephanie   person i'll link the interview right here she 
was talking about the idea about exercise and   going to the gym just doing these structured 
workouts is not exactly what we are meant to be   doing from an evolution point of view so from 
an evolution point of view we're meant to be   moving moving around playing playing with our 
children and with our family and our friends   so that's what i try to incorporate more in 
my life and it actually helps me in terms of   feeling better feeling more emotionally stable 
and it actually helps with my sleep because for   me when i used to go to the gym if you don't know 
my story i know i'm ranting but i'm going to show   you what i'm eating but i'll know i'm ranting but 
i do want to tell you my story i used to exercise   two hours a day doing chronic cardio that led me 
to overeating binging night eating syndrome and   that cascaded towards not my proper or optimal 
health so doing these things where we are just   moving where we're just you know enjoying 
our life and putting in movement in our life   is the best so that's my rant let me show you the 
new thing that i have because guys look at this   lamb mince now you guys know i love my ground 
beef but when it comes to a carnival lifestyle   having beef is great and also having things like 
lamb pork chicken is good it's not my favorite but   i found this i've never tried lamb mince before 
have you guys tried it so i'm going to pop this   in the airfryer i think i'm going to make some 
meatballs and i want to show you what i'm having   just to let you know it is a little bit later 
so it is right now um well i don't have my watch   that's the other thing i stopped wearing an active 
watch because i got obsessed with tracking steps   i'm no longer wearing a watch i'm just focusing 
on movement sleeping well moving better but what   is the time just one second so it's 8 30 so with 
my other breakfast you saw that i was eating at   about 6 30 and that's the thing it changes that's 
why i don't fast anymore because it depends on   what time we are waking up it also depends on 
our sleep and our stress levels especially when   we are stressed i eat this girl eats a lot more 
and that's okay because your body needs nutrients   so feeding ourselves nutrients today it's my lamb 
mince and let me just see what else i'm going to   add to these lamb mince meatballs okay my lamb 
meatballs are all done let me show you what i'm   adding with the meatballs so as you can see here 
i know it doesn't look like a lot i'll probably   get comments like oh you're not eating enough 
but this is the lamb meatballs and i have some   boiled eggs now you can see guys look at that 
yolk it is soft and amazing and talking about   sharing all things in our lives um apart from 
the carnival breakfast that i'm eating this week   i am going to try some salsa classes i'm so 
excited if you know me i'm super organized   type a personality but i can't move i 
am such a robot in terms of when i dance   and i think like when i was younger i 
used to be able to dance quite good like   in my you know late teens and 20s i could move 
my hips but when i move i'm like now i'm so rigid   so i really want to try salsa classes let me know 
have you done any classes do you like dancing   i'm really into spanish dancing so you know i 
want to try and i want to show you guys if you   guys want to see that i want to show you guys i am 
going to maybe try a class in about a month or so   and just fit it in with my schedule because you 
know life is super busy we have to do work family   our passions everything in life and also stay 
on top of our health goals that's why with what   i'm showing you it is super super easy it takes 
very very little time to achieve the health goals   but you know doing other things in our lives which 
give us a sense of joy and as you can tell with my   face i'm super excited i generally don't love to 
do new things but i push myself i always try to   get out of my comfort zone and if you guys know me 
i'm all about mindset because if we want success   in life if we want to go ahead in life and create 
that progress we need to challenge our existing   beliefs so that could be a challenge for you guys 
why don't you guys try something different that   you haven't tried before it could be a new food it 
could be a new hobby a new routine a dance class   but i'm gonna let you guys know how i go but i'm 
gonna enjoy my lamb meatballs and my eggs hey guys   i have just slept at my mom's house so i'm gonna 
have breakfast at her house and the birds are   chirping and this is my mom in case you ever met 
her say hi hi and we actually did a recipe for you   guys a carnival indian keema recipe so i'm having 
that for my breakfast so it is at the moment   eight o'clock in the morning and i am having this 
is pork and i'm probably gonna have some sour   cream on the side of it and i'm going to have that 
for breakfast so this is going to be delicious   i'm putting up that full recipe video with my mom 
shortly and show you guys how to make it i don't   know it's weird right having an indian curry for 
breakfast but that's what i'm having we're both   having it so i'm gonna eat this and i'll see you 
guys for the next meal hey guys so this is what i   have for breakfast today and yes it is ground beef 
again so i'm having the ground beef i just made   this in the airfryer for 10 minutes again this is 
80 20 beef and i also have some boiled eggs here   that i just boil for nine minutes and can you 
see that yolk it is so soft well i do have the   paprika on top but the yolk is really really soft 
and that is so delicious when it comes to the yolk   that has all the nutrients in it so you do want 
to make sure that you eat your yolks now on top   of this i have on paprika paprika is a really 
good option to add on top if you want a bit of   variation and some spice and of course i also have 
my redmond's real salt which i put on everything   and i travel with this as well so i'm gonna enjoy 
my breakfast and i'll see you guys real soon hey   guys i am here with my friend masti we're just 
having brunch and i want to show you guys what i   am having so i am having some eggs with some bacon 
super delicious breakfast to start the day and   enjoying my beautiful friend masti okay i'm super 
excited to show you day seven of my breakfast that   i'm doing on this carnival lifestyle i wanna 
show you what i'm having it is delicious and   super yummy okay i am having some lamb mint this 
is about 200 grams and guys i know it doesn't look   like that much but this one is super filling i'm 
also adding some prosciutto to add on top now when   it comes to eating this lamb with the prosciutto 
for me i tend to salt and as you guys know i'm   using the redmond's real salt now i probably won't 
add that much salt to this meal simply because the   prosciutto is quite salty and that's what i've 
noticed on this carnival lifestyle is that over   time i did salt a lot in the beginning because i 
thought that's what i needed to do to maintain my   electrolytes and to maintain my energy especially 
moving from a keto type of diet but what i've   noticed more recently is that i don't have to 
include as much salt and that just comes down   to my palette so i'm going to enjoy this i'm also 
going to add at the end of it the carnival bar if   you guys don't know i love the carnival bar now 
i'll only do half of this because this tends to   be a little bit expensive and i try to give you 
guys the most affordable options especially when   it comes to maintaining this lifestyle but i 
do have a code that you guys can use to get 10   off any purchase and look i hardly ever finish the 
whole bar or at least i tell myself that sometimes   i do but i usually just do a quarter or a half 
and my favorite is the one with salt so especially   because i'm gonna have this afterwards i won't

breakfast whatever time it is on this carnival   lifestyle okay i would say literally that last 
meal with the lamb the prosciutto and the carnival   bar was absolutely amazing and i forgot to say

my health journey i had had a lot of fear around   eating red meat especially especially lamb and

dare to be different dare to try different   things and that's especially in my health journey 
i was so intensely afraid of eating red meat   of eating fat of not exercising enough to maintain 
my body image but challenging your thoughts around   challenging your beliefs challenge what you think 
of day to day for me eating that lamb it is so   delicious and there is nothing wrong with eating 
lamb with eating beef with eating fatty meats   eggs and butter because this carnivore lifestyle 
it is for optimal health and i'm really hoping   that you guys can find success in your own

things that you thought might be healthy for you   maybe are not healthy for you and trying different
