Over a medium heat add one can of coconut milk
and two thirds cup of sweetener and do use a deep pot so it doesn't spill over. If you're
going to have plain ice cream I mean not add any nuts or chocolate chips you may wish to
powder your sweetener first so it's finer. You will need to stir this occasionally for half
an hour. Pour into a fridge safe container, let it cool completely and as it cools
it will get thicker, then refrigerate..
