Hello and welcome back to my channel guys I'm Dr Shikha, you might have tired many types of paratha Have you ever tried Oats Paratha Today I've brought for you oats Paratha which will give you superb weight loss and along with it is very tasty also So firstly we'll move to my kitchen and see how I make oats paratha I've kept a pan on gas and adding 1/2 cup instant oats Flame will be sim to medium Will stir is continuously so that it don't get burn We've to stir is till it start turning light brown and fragrance starts coming out of it we've to roast it Like this by roasting and making powder of oats I store in a air tight jar in my fridge and whenever I've to make any recipe of oats then I take it out of my fridge and instantly I make it by using it Like this is turned out light brown and fragrance is also coming, now we'll grind it Here I've taken grinder jar and will add oats in it and will grind it Here oats powder is ready, now will keep this in a air tight jar Now we'll make a dough for paratha Here I've taken a bowl and will add oats flour which I made in it Adding little salt in it adding carom seeds and cumin seeds black pepper powder Pinch of turmeric powder and chopped green chillies Coriander leaves Here I'm adding finely chopped capsicum here I've taken grated carrot and will add in it Here I've taken finely chopped onions, will add this in this You can add any vegetable of your choice or any vegetable that is available at home you can add but they should be finely chopped Now will make a dough like we make for a normal paratha will add water in this, water is little lukewarm here because of which our dough will become very soft and paratha will also be very soft So now flour is ready, now will make parathe of this will add little dry flour and will roll it like we roll normal paratha as it is gluten free so it is little difficult to roll You've to do it very slowly and you can surely roll it well with practice Will roll it, if this doesn't form round so we can cut it help of any lid So here we've taken a lid and will press it and will remove its edges So here our first class round share Paratha is ready Now we'll cook it like we cook any normal paratha It is cooked from one side so I'm applying desi ghee in it very less around 1/2 teaspoon Now will flip this It is now cooked from other side also, so will apply desi ghee here also Will check It is now cooked well We'll cook this from the both sides So our paratha is now ready to serve it is cooked very well from both the sides now we'll serve this Now this is ready to eat and this is really very tasty, it is one of my favorite you can eat 1-2 parathas like this You can have this either with curd or chutney you can take this in breakfast or in lunch this will give you superb weightloss along with that this is very delicious also and keep you full for longer if you eat eat such 1-2 paratha, you keep full for longer period of time you don't feel hungry soon as it is rich in fiber and high in protein So guys this was our tasty, amazing and delicious oats paratha which will give you superb weight loss you can either take 1 or 2 in breakfast or in lunch with anything,you can take this with homemade chutney or curd or raita this will give you superb weight-loss Oats is a very healthy grain, in fact it is a healthy grain it is a gluten free grain and it has many benefits, oats is fiber rich it contain Beta glucan fiber which is very amazing for cholesterol because it bind with bad cholesterol of your body and let it excrete This is also amazing for people with diabetes because it is complex carbohydrate and dissolves slowing in our body and release glucose gradually which prevent glucose spike So that's why it maintain our blood glucose level as it is fiber rich so it is amazing for weightloss as it keep you full for longer Don't make you feel hungry As it complex carbohydrate it digest gradually in your body and keeps you full for longer as it is rich in fiber keeps your gut healthy and prevent you from constipation and promote growth of your gut's healthy bacteria If we talk of 100gm of oats it contain 11gm fiber and and 17gm protein so it is rich in protein also it is phosphorus rich that's why good for your bone health Iron content in high so it is very good in hemoglobin it has good content of selenium as it is an antioxidant and it is amazing for your thyroid gland it contain antioxidant aventhramides which is amazing for your heart health If we talk about half cup uncooked oats means 50 gm of uncooked oats it contain around 200 calories which you can take easily in your breakfast or lunch you can take 1-2 oats paratha easily in your breakfast or lunch and this will give you amazing weightloss If you like today's video and is
