Because when she joined my weight loss program, Her weight was 145 KG. 145 KG was what she weighed. And she had lost all her hopes and was very dejected. She was very disappointed. When I asked Anmol, What was the motivation to be thin, Anmol replied with love, That I want to be an air hostess and roam the whole world. So for that, I'll have to get thin. And I was happy to hear, That when Anmol's weight was 145 KGs, She had set a very tough goal for herself. Airhostess's figure should be perfect and, Anmol was far away from that. Still, she didn't give up. She took up the challenge. And she told me that, If she has to do anything to become an air hostess and be thin, She's ready to do that! So, I took up the challenge to help Anmol and, Wow! What Magnificent Results! In a short time, Anmol's present weight is now 130 KG.


But Anmol is not ready to reveal her face right now. She said that unless she reaches in double digits, She wouldn't want to reveal her face till then. So let's hope and pray, that Anmol reaches 99 KG soon. And then she comes on my this channel, And get face-to-face with you all. Now, we all know Anmol's weight loss goal and motivation. But, Anmol had a very big problem. She had done starvation diets her whole life and, She had a lot of hair fall problems. With it, Anmol's skin texture had gone very bad and dull. And Anmol had a lot of nutrient deficiencies, Due to which, She started having vitamin b12 and vitamin d deficiency too. So now, I had Anmol's report with me and, I had all the details related to Anmol with me. So, how did I make a plan for Anmol according to which, She achieved her weight loss result too and now, Her skin also glows, her hair has also become very shiny, And she's loving the plan.


Because she does not have to stay hungry. And, yes, I forgot to tell you one thing, Not only Anmol her family members are also very happy. And her mother is also happy because, Whatever she makes in the house, daughter eats the same. When I spoke to her the first time, I asked her that, Tell me something about Anmol, Which is very important for me to know, So that I can make a good diet plan, With which Anmol can easily become thin.


So she laughingly said, She's a very stubborn girl, And is very lazy. She will sit in front of the TV all day, But, Cannot stand for a minute to exercise. And obviously, When someone sits in front of the TV all day then, They do not sit empty, sometimes chips, Sometimes burgers, sometimes fries and sometimes pizzas. This all keeps on happening while sitting in front of the TV. So due to all this, Anmol's weight increased so much that, She reached 145 KG. And, somewhere the distance, Had increased so much to achieve anmol's own, Weight loss goal that she was almost going to give up. Poor soul stayed hungry for days, still, weight wasn't losing.


So, then I suggested Anmol this diet. She has great communication skills, And she loves to socialise. Then why is she not going out? Why does she keep on sitting in front of the tv the whole day? She told me, She's feeling a little stressed nowadays. She hates being judged. Because when she goes out, The clothes she wears or the way she looks, She doesn't like it when people stare at her or, She feels like whenever she goes somewhere, Then the eyes of the strangers are staring at her only, Now due to all these things, Anmol stopped socialising, And due to the same stress, She started stress eating while sitting in the house.


As soon I got to know this problem then, I counselled Anmol a little. The outcome of the counselling, Was that Anmol understood that, We have to set small weight loss goals. Firstly, Anmol only 140 KGS, only to reduce 5 KG, I set this weight loss goal for her. And she achieved it in no time. Anmol knew that protein is very important among macronutrients. But whatever she was eating in the name of the protein, Was not sufficient for her body.


So I suggested to her if she could eat eggs, Then why don't try eggs? Then she said it takes a lot of oil to make the egg, And it contains high fat, that's why I avoid it. I'll make you interesting, exciting recipes with egg in it, And you'll surely lose weight. A lot of micronutrients are found inside a small egg. In fact, it's no less than a superfood and, A powerhouse of micronutrients. So, I gave Anmol the same guidance and, Included eggs in her daily diet. But The whole egg is made with both white and yellow in it. And yellow contains cholesterol which is not very good. Especially for Anmol, Because she was a borderline cholesterol case.


So, I prescribed her egg whites only for some time, And made a very wonderful diet plan. Come, Let's see together. Because Anmol slept too late at night, Which of course, was not advisable. But I could not make changes at once in her diet plan, Otherwise, she would have given up, Exactly like before. So, firstly, we kept the same timings for Anmol, Which was in her normal routine.


She used to wake up in the morning between 8-9 AM. And easily took her breakfast at 10 AM. So I gave Anmol as soon as she woke in the morning, 1 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass of lukewarm water. It helped a lot in making her metabolism fast and, She got very good results. But Apple Cider Vinegar, Keep in mind, use the one that contains the mother.


Which is the unfiltered version. And there are a lot of benefits of apple cider vinegar. So, Anmol used to take it in the morning on an empty stomach, After this, she used to freshen up and check her weight, And sent it to me every day. Now because Anmol was so lazy, So, I prescribed her bed exercises only. So she used to, Lie down in the bed and do my home workouts, Which are bed exercises. And very effective for, Her thighs, hips, and stomach area. Easy to follow exercises that she could do every day, Without any distraction.


So when Anmol used to do 20 minutes of my home workout, Then it was time for breakfast. So come, let me show you, How was Anmol's breakfast that was very high in protein, Nourishing and of this type by eating which, She does not feel hungry for a long time. Come, I'll show what breakfast she used to take. So, to make this tasty Egg Upma, You will take only 1/2 tsp of oil.


We will add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds to it. Then we'll add, Finely chopped green chilli in it. (You can add with seeds too) Next, we'll add half of the small-sized onion, finely chopped in it. Saute it for 2-3 minutes, till the onions get a little brown. Then, to add more crunch, we'll add green vegetables to it. I am using here beans, carrots, and peas. I have taken only boiled peas (1 tbsp). Now, I have used steel-cut oats. (You can take rolled oats too) But do not use instant oats. Let it cook on a low flame for 4-5 minutes, Until the rawness of oats goes away.


Then we'll add only salt and black pepper to it. I am not adding many spices if you want, you can, Add any flavour of your choice. Then we will add, Finely chopped coriander and 3 egg whites. Here I am taking 3 egg whites, and It's a very, Healthy and tasty high protein option for breakfast, Which is a very good source of complex carbohydrates. And it will not let you feel hungry for a long time. It's a perfect breakfast option. After about 1 hour of breakfast, Anmol was prescribed, My famous fat cutter drink recipe. It's the same recipe, That I have posted already on my channel. You'll get the link in the description below. Now between 1-2 PM, I prescribed Anmol, To take her food and not delay it too much, Because if we at the same of the day, Eat our breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Then our metabolism works even better. So Anmol followed my advice and daily, She used to eat only homemade food made by her mom. Just a small instruction was given that Anmol, Should be given a plate full of salad 20 minutes before eating.


And she used to eat it happily. After eating a plate of salad, Anmol used to take her food. And in food, she liked to take a roti and whatever made at home. Whether it was dal or any green vegetable with a bowl of curd. Or when in Anmol's house, rajma, chole, gram, Any of these options were made, then, She used to replace dal with it.


She used to take any one source of protein. Together with it, she used to take roti or rice. And, Here I told Anmol that she, can eat as much roti as she wants. But she could not eat because there was a small condition, If she had to take another roti, then, first, All green vegetables left on her plate, dal, She would have to finish everything first, Then only she'll get second roti. Now Anmol was learning to eat in a healthy way, Not just by staying hungry to get thin. That's it Anmol's lunch is finished now and, It's the right time for Anmol to sleep.


Yes, Anmol used to sleep after eating the food. But I prescribed her that sleeping and sitting not allowed. At least for 30 minutes after eating you'll only do light walking. And she listened to me and got very good results too. So she used to walk up and down in her house, But did not go to bed. So around 4 PM, when Anmol used to watch TV, At that time, when she used to feel very hungry, So, the best option for her was a Whole Food. Packaged food bought from outside was not allowed to her. So either she could take a whole apple or papaya or banana, Or oranges, what she likes. But there was one condition when, She was eating them, watching tv at that time, not allowed! Think if she watches tv for 2,3,4,5 hours a day, So then it half, till that time, Anmol would have to do, Something productive or spend time doing hobbies.


In which gadgets are not involved. This thing benefitted Anmol the most. In this process, she discovered that she loves writing. So now Anmol has a very good Hobby too. She does great poetry writing too. So now dangerous evening time has come, Where there are full chances of mistakes at this time. But not with Anmol because she has been eating properly. Those people, who from morning to night eat less, Thinking now we will be thin. Ask them that, As soon as the clock is at 6-7 PM, they feel so hungry, And go straight towards junk food. But not with Anmol. She ate balanced meals the whole day. She has enjoyed her food and ate by properly chewing it. But still sleeping hungry is not acceptable to Anmol, In fact, she cannot sleep without eating food. So for night, the option I gave Anmol is a very interesting option, You all watch it too. So I gave Anmol the option of an Egg Roll. In which we have used 20 grams of oats, 1 whole egg, A pinch of cinnamon and half a glass of milk. We'll blend it well and after that, we'll make one roti of it. With very little oil, we'll spread this batter on the pan. This batter will help you make 2-3 chapatis. And we have to spread the liquid dough like this. After cooking it on one side, we'll turn it over. And look, just like a normal parantha, it's ready! We'll apply green chutney on it and long long, Slices of chopped green vegetables. Carrots, onions, capsicum, cabbage, You can add any vegetable. And like this, your exciting egg wrap is ready. Enjoy! Only one thing was told to Anmol, She has to eat her food between 7-8 PM at night. Because obviously, she does not have to come from the office, Nor does she have to spend so much time in the kitchen. So she can eat her food early.


And again, She was asked to do light waking after eating food, For about 20-30 minutes. Anmol followed these small instructions very well.
