the secret to making the perfect bowl of oatmeal
is to add an egg I know that might sound a little weird but trust me it's delicious all right so
we've got our oats as well as a scoop of protein powder some chia seeds and liquid I'm adding
water you could use a milk if you wanted whisk that together let it simmer while it's simmering
beat together your egg and then pour that into the simmering oats whisk it all until it's creamy
and then add in your mix-ins top it with whatever you'd like I always go with peanut butter
