Choose any seasonal fruit and eat any one fruit because it has lot of fibre and natural sugars. So it will not let you have sugar cravings and you will not feel hungry for a long time, which means till lunch. So eat your fruit quickly and I will meet you at lunch time. It is 01.00PM in my watch and it is the right time for you to have your lunch. Have lunch between 01.00PM and 01.30PM and look at the option so savory. I am eating corn roti and mustard vegetable and full of salad and half bowl curd. And I am also taking green chutney because it is full of probiotics. So if we eat a full meal like this then definitely there won't be any junk food cravings neither will we feel like eating any irregular small snacks.


Now you can see I am taking 2 corn rotis which are made dry but I have put half a spoon white butter on it. And I'm taking full quantity of mustard vegetable which is full of fibres, salad is also there for fibres and I'm taking green chutney and curd. Now curd has protein so, all in all this is a complete meal. And for other days the seasonal vegetables made at your home, don't stress your mummy, eat whatever is cooked eat like carrot, peas, fenugreek, radish burji, palak paneer all these vegetables you can eat.


Eat one everyday and see how much nutrition you will get and there will also not be any useless cravings. And yes, those who don't like roti can replace it with a bowl of rice and can also take dal(lentil) alongside, no problem. Now quickly have your lunch and I will meet you at the evening snack. Now it is 04.00PM in my watch and this is the perfect time for you to drink tea. Those who have a habit of drinking tea or coffee can drink it but less sugar. And I will prefer that at this time you have green tea or any other herbal tea. To eat along with it you can have some fox nuts roasted with salt and black pepper or you can take handful of nuts, 4 almonds, 1 walnut, some raisins and 1 date.
