today i will share the recipe of egg muffins let's do the preparation for baking put a kadhai on the gas keep a stand cover this and preheat for 10-15 minutes on medium flame take 4 whole eggs add 1/4 cup coconut milk whisk it well for at least 3-4 minutes 3 tbsp chopped mushrooms 1/2 finely chopped onion 2 tbsp finely chopped spinach 2tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves & 2 finely chopped green chillies 2 tbsp boiled sweet corn 1 grated carrot 1 finely finely chopped peeled tomato mix these well add rock salt as per taste 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp oregano mix these 2 cubes of cheese (grated ) mix these batter is ready, let's transfer it into the moulds i have taken the silicon moulds silicon moulds do not need to grease if you use any other moulds then grease them well transfer some batter with the help of spoon let's bake the muffins after 15 minutes, kadhai is heated keep the plate & cover the kadhai allow these to bake for 10-15 minutes on low to medium flame you can make these muffins in appam pan also after 15 minutes, let's check the muffins these muffins are perfectly baked i have made more recipes on healthy snacks & breakfast links are in description box , do check these if you like my recipe then do like & share my videos do consider to subscribe my channel
