have you guys seen that viral recipe
that's going around tik tok the one with the tomatoes and the feta cheese and
you bake it so creamy and delicious we're gonna make that today but we're gonna
make a keto version let's get started when i first saw this baked feta pasta recipe
on tiktok my mind was blown because it was so incredibly simple i mean all they did was
just grab some tomatoes you can use grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes layer them down
on a casserole dish and then they just stick a block of feta cheese in the middle and
bake it for 30 minutes and it creates the creamiest pasta sauce and then we just add our
low-carb noodles now i'm going to do my version a little bit different because i want to add
just a little bit of different flavor in there so i'm going to of course start with my tomatoes
i'm using a couple cups of grape tomatoes and then i have these golden tomatoes too which i thought
would be really pretty in our casserole dish and then we add our olive oil
this is a half a cup of olive oil next we stick an entire block of feta cheese
down in the center and then we bake it in a 400 degree oven for around a half hour you
could let it go a little bit longer too if you needed to like another 5 to 15 minutes
and it'll be fine before we see what that creamy a feta cheese bake looks like i

to add in some seasoning so i have some freshly cut basil here some different types of olives
going in here and then some shredded chicken you can keep it simple by not adding
anything else maybe just some salt and pepper and then adding in your low-carb noodles but
i like to just add a little bit extra flavor plus i like to put in the chicken for some protein
for the low carb noodles i'm going to be using hearts of palm noodles this is the brand that i

in that you don't have to use that brand any hearts of palm noodle will work or zucchini
noodles can work too even if you wanted to use the shirataki noodles they would also work in this
recipe the great thing about these hertz of palm noodles is that you don't have to cook them and
since our baked feta pasta tomato dish is already just piping hot you just add your noodle straight
in give it a good stir and it's ready to eat i think this baked feta pasta is a fantastic
