Keto Sushi Rolls. It's so easy and so quick to make 
them. This recipe make five sushi rolls. Let's start with one cauliflower, take it into pieces and 
if you need to cut them into small pieces. Put everything in a food processor and rice it. That's 
how you make cauliflower rice if you didn't know.   You can use a ready cauliflower rice, if it 
is frozen, you can put it straight in the   pan and start cooking it. Cook it for about 
seven to ten minutes up until you see it's   getting a bit yellowish, Take it off the hop and 
let it cool down on the side. Let's continue with cutting half a cucumber into eight and six seafood sticks, just peel them and get them ready. Apart from the cucumber and the seafood sticks, you will need a packet of full fat cream cheese and eight   sushi nori.


And now the fun part. Let's start 
creating the actual sushi roll. Press down the   cauliflower rice either with a spatula or by hand. 
I find it much easier to press it just by hand. Don't forget to leave about a centimetre, a 
little bit space in the end so we can seal it   and the rice should be about three-four maximum 
five millimetres thick. I prefer it quite thin so   i have more filling but it's up to you if you want 
more rice instead of the vegetables depending on   how big are your vegetables and seafood sticks you 
can either put same as me, two next to each other   seafood steaks and cucumber sticks and a little 
bit more or less the same size as the cucumber   cream cheese.



That will give it a little 
smoother taste and glue them together as well   and now to the most dreading part for some people - the rolling   it's not difficult at all, just make sure you 
press it down quite hard at the beginning so   it's not loose and make sure you press the ends 
right inside. Don't forget to wet a little   bit with water so it sticks if it doesn't 
stick just put a little bit more water and   it will glue. Repeat the process up until you 
finish your sushi rolls and vegetables and enjoy!.
