- You need 1/2 kg of chicken 150Rs.
- It's 2 tbsp of Sabut Garam masala 2Rs.
- You need 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste 5Rs.
- You need 1 of tomato paste 5Rs.
- It's 1 tbsp of greenchilli paste 5Rs.
- You need 1 cup of Yogurt 20Rs.
- You need of Totaste Salt.
- It's of Totaste redchilli powder.
- You need 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It's 1 tsp of roasted and crushed cumin & coriander seeds 3Rs.
- You need 1 tsp of garam masala powder.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of desi ghee.
- Prepare 2 of onions sliced and fried 5Rs.
- Prepare of Total cost almost 190 to 200Rs.
Degi Chicken Qourma step by step
- In karahi, pour ghee and sabut garam masala(black zeera, sabut long, elaichi, curry pata, darchini)and crackle it for 1 min..
- Then add Ginger garlic paste fry for 1 min again then add chicken and salt and fry it till it turns little brown..
- Then add tomato paste, green chilli paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and saute for 5 mins..
- After 5 mins add yogurt and zeera & dhaniya powder, then cover it for 5 mins till water gets dry..
- When water is all dried then add crushed fried onion, saute for 2 mins then sprinkle with julliene ginger and slitted green chillies and serve.
