So the first day when Shalu came to me, She had a lot of problems. The biggest problem was that, She makes roti and rice at home for her family but, She can only smell it, and eating is not allowed. Because the person she was following, Strictly told her to not eat roti and rice. They scared her so much that she lost faith in eating. Shalu was afraid of eating food.
Then I explained to her, That if you have to follow any such specific diet, Then do it. But not more than 7 or 8 days. Because these fad diets will not last for a long time. Shalu only had one request that, Ma’am please would I get dal rice to eat? And, I said yes! Of course, it’s your right! This is the food that is your soul food. So, how can you not eat it? When we talk about roti or rice then, many people think, That only carbs are present in these and nothing else. But roti contains a good amount of protein and fiber. And rice contains resistance starch. That helps your gut bacteria to grow. And, It helps a lot to make your gut even more healthy and strong. Moreover, roti and rice are very nutrient-dense. Roti is loaded with vitamins and minerals, Like copper, zinc, manganese, and calcium too.
And in rice manganese, magnesium, and zinc. There are so many properties that our body needs daily. Even if their GI index is high, I’ll teach you the way to reduce it. Come quickly, let’s look at Shalu’s interesting, Weight Loss Diet Plan. Shalu starts her day between 4-5 AM. Because she has to go to work at 6 in the morning. So she can only cook food that gets ready quickly in minutes. And that requires not many trumpets. So I gave her a fruit milkshake. So if she drank this shake, She didn’t feel hungry for at least 3 hours. And because she joined my diet program in the summers, So she used to take either apple shake, banana shake, Or mango shake and enjoy these in the morning. In which she took any fruit, half glass milk, half glass water, And your exciting and interesting milkshake is ready. So Shalu used to eat her breakfast between 6-7 AM, And left for work. Those who don’t like to drink milkshakes can take either, A vegetable sandwich with 2 slices of brown bread or, Atta bread with a lot of vegetables and 2 slices of paneer.
Or if, you want, you can take a bowl of poha with peanuts, Of if you want, you can take upma. Or if you, Like eating moong dal, then you can take a chilla made of it. But the quantity of moong dal would be 30-40 grams. So with so many breakfast options that are high-protein, Nutrient-dense, moreover, loaded with carbohydrates. Shalu used to take her mid-morning break at 11 AM. She liked to a few dry fruits in that. Now dry fruits that she was allowed were 4 soaked almonds, 2 soaked walnuts, and 1 date. In fact, after looking at these snack options, Her office people left their samosa party, And started joining Shalu. So I gave her makhana bhel or murmura chaat. These 2 are very interesting and very tasty options. So, now, if you’ll also adopt these options, Then you’ll forget eating outside unhealthy namkeen. Now, anyone can eat by opening a packet. But if you’ll make efforts on yourself, you’ll get its fruit too.
So adopt these options only. But please remember the portion size. You are allowed a small bowl of this particular snack. If you remember, Shalu had only 1 condition while joining, That I need roti and rice in my diet. Because I cook food for everyone in the house, But I’m not able to eat it myself. She was very troubled. So now is the time for Shalu’s dinner. Now in dinner, it’s obvious, All women are involved in household chores. That the whole family together gets to eat a great meal. But poor Shalu, by eating the same dry and lifeless food, Was frustrated. She ate only 1 cucumber and half bowl dal, Poor soul’s stomach didn’t get full with that.
So I gave Shalu a very interesting option. She had my this stuffed roti option. In which there wasn’t much need to knead as well. Not only her, but, her family too after trying this recipe, Got very happy. And with it, She could take half or 1 bowl of dal. Any dal made at home. Or any green vegetable or half bowl curd. So friends, now, Shalu learnt the right way of eating food. Due to this, after eating, her weight started losing. And you’ll be happy to know, That in 3 months Shalu lost 20 kgs. And the credit of that 20 kgs goes only to Shalu. Because she listened to her brain and in a proper way, By eating homemade food that everyone eats, Achieved her weight loss result by eating it.
