Hello Everyone, welcome to Diet Kundali, In today’s video I am going to share with you Palak pakode or palak vadi recipe You must be asking how can a pakoda fit into the diet plan However, in coming videos, I not only will share with you the recipe but also, will tell how you make it in a healthy and tasty way You can have this dish in breakfast or mid-morning or evening snacks This recipe is suitable for people with Overweight / Obese, PCOD/thyroid, High blood sugar, High blood cholesterol Let’s start the video and see how to make this recipe The flour will absorb water in the spinach initially So mash and mix well to make better palak vadi Add 3-4 spoons water and mix well The batter should not be too diluted as making bhajiyas not it should be so firm as of parathas Batter shall be semi-solid as shown Let’s make vadi/paoda now.


I am making vadi in idli mould. I am going to steam the palak vadi instead of frying in an oil You can steam the palak vadi in an idli cooker or a normal pressure cooker Avoid making big shape moulds as it will not cook properly I shall cook half the batter in the idli cooker and other half in a different way If you don’t have idli cooker or a steamer, you can cook it in a pressure cooker Remember to remove the cooker valve To check quality of steaming, insert a toothpick, it should come out clean You can eat it directly This is a very healthy recipe and tasty too.
