Bottle gourd is low in calories, it contains nearly 96% water, very healthy vegetable, so if you want to lose weight add bottle gourd more in your diet If you don't have bottle gourd add ridge gourd or cucumber. Kids usually don't like to eat bottle gourd so it is the best way to add bottle gourd in their diet. Add salt as per taste, and cumin seeds- 1tsp Grind it, don't need to make a too fine paste then I am taking capsicum-50g, and onion -100g, chopper I added coriander leaves-10g, and other vegetables, chop it finely Add chopped veggies in batter and mix well Then how we generally make dosa the same way with this batter you have to make dosa, there is no need to add oil on it.
