[Music] Hello and welcome to my channel, guys! I am Dr. Shikha. Friends, today I have brought you a healthy and delicious soup recipe. While losing weight, we often get confused about what should we eat in dinner in order to prevent weight gain. Friends, before starting this video let me tell you that if you wish to lose weight, you should not have dinner after 7 o'clock. You must have your dinner before 7 o'clock. Second thing, which is very important is that you should not consume carbs in dinner at all, and keep salt intake zero.


Then only you can lose weight. So, I have brought some healthy and delicious soup recipes for you which will keep your stomach full. You will not feel hungry after consume them. And, these are fiber rich. They help you a lot if you suffer constipation. If you take the soup at night, you will feel your stomach getting properly cleared the next morning. And... Moreover, these recipes are very nutritious and delicious too. So let's move forward towards the soup recipe! So here, we are making tomato pepper soup. For that, I have taken a cooker, put a small teaspoon of oil, cumin, cloves, cinnamon, two green cardamoms, and one black cardamom. I am also adding bay leaf, dry red chilli, black pepper and aniseed to it. All these raw spices help a lot in weight loss. We will cook it a little. I am adding two large chopped tomatoes to it. We will saute this a little. I am putting one small teaspoon of gram flour.


We will mix this. Cook it so that the gram flour does not remain raw. Now, I am mixing a glass of water in it. I have not used salt at all. I have closed the cooker. We will turn the gas off after four whistles. And... As the steam comes out of the cooker, we will open the cooker. Look, our soup is ready. Now, we just have to grind it. I am using a hand blender. Now I will blend it properly. We will grind it all. After grinding, I am filtering it. At the end, nothing will be left except some seeds, tomato peel, and some part of the spices. Only this much will be left. Now I am transferring the soup. It is ready to serve. It is very tasty. Guys, make sure you try this. I have not added in it anything for thickness. I have not even added salt. I have only used gram flour which will help in making it thick. Look at its consistency. It is so condensed and delicious. Just add black pepper to it or you can add lemon too, and our soup is ready to drink.


So here are the ingredients of pumpkin soup. This is pumpkin. We have to take a piece of pumpkin of this size, a small onion, a small piece of ginger, and a small quantity of garlic. Now we will chop all these things. I have chopped onion, garlic and ginger into small pieces and the pumpkin into big cubes. Now we will take a cooker and put it on the gas on medium flame. I have put a small teaspoon of oil in it. You can use any oil. I have put garlic in it first and I am also adding ginger to it. We will cook it a little. As the mixture gets a little brown I am adding onion into it. We will cook onion too. As they get a little transparent, we will add our pumpkin to it. So we will put all the pumpkin in it. Now I will add 1/4 small teaspoon red chilli powder and 1/4 small teaspoon black pepper powder.


We will add some water to it. I am adding a glass of water. Then, after mixing it well, we will put on its lid. We will cook it till four whistles. After four whistles, we will wait until all the steam comes out and then open it. Now, using a hand blender, I will grind all the vegetables in it. Okay, our soup is ready. Just spread some black pepper and lemon on it and our delicious soup is ready. Keep in mind, do not add salt in it at all. I am spreading pepper on it. Our pumpkin soup is ready! It's done! Enjoy it! For veggi soup, I have placed a pan on the gas on medium flame. I am using one small teaspoon of oil. I am adding one teaspoon garlic and one teaspoon ginger in it. We will saute both of them well. As they turn golden brown, I am adding a half carrot, some peas, one tomato, some corn, and a half capsicum.


We will mix and saute all of these well. We will cook them a little. Now I am adding two big teaspoons of flaxseed powder. Guys, it is very healthy. Guys, it is very healthy. It contains omega-3 fatty acid which is very beneficial for our body and weight loss. Here I am adding a half teaspoon oregano seasoning. We will mix it well. I had soaked one big teaspoon of oats in water half an hour ago. We will add this into the soup. This will make our soup thick. We do not need to add any cornstarch after this. I am adding a glass of water to it. I am adding another glass of water. I have not added salt in it. We will mix it well and cover it until it boils. Let's put the lid on the pan and leave it until it boils. Now it is boiled. Look, how well it is boiling! It is so tasty.
