does a glass of apple juice contain? 110 cal. These two drinks are healthy but contain a lot of calories. So if you want to lose weight
you cannot take these drinks. But there are some amazing drinks which have a lot of health benefits,
and they are very famous for weight loss. So in this video, I'm going
to talk about five such drinks which are part of my morning routine.

that we can lose weight by having lemon with
warm water in the morning but one thing you haven't heard is
that, this one glass contains only 6 cal. And lemon water give
you the feeling of fullness that means by taking this magical
drink you can avoid overeating also. People say that taking water half an hour
before eating, makes you avoid overeating and if you take lemon water
instead of normal water then its effect doubles up. Isn't it amazing! What is the correct way
of taking lemon water. You can squeeze a lemon in
lukewarm water and take it directly also you can add honey with it or you can add mint leave
or turmeric in it.


You can take it at normal temperature, but its
more effectiveness with lukewarm water. For my next drink, I'm going to add an
Ayurvedic herb, which you have to guess let me give you some hints. This herb boosts your metabolism
which helps you in losing weight. This improves your digestion naturally
and releases toxins from your body and apart from these it has great importance in building immunity.


And the biggest hint it has got so many benefits that in
India we worship this plant as a deity. Most of you must have understood
that I am talking about Tulsi (Basil). Do you know that there are 60 species of Tulsi plant
and only a few have proven health benefits. So to identify those Tulsi

overeating, again it helps in weight loss. To make this drink, you take one teaspoon of felly seeds
and let them soak in the water overnight, next day drink it
after boiling it, and filter it you can have this drink
on an empty stomach in the morning. The key ingredient of our
next drink is also a spice which is used very
much in Indian cuisine. For seasoning,
we pour this first in the oil it's cumin seeds. It does not only give a good flavor to
our food, it is helpful for our digestion.


I'm sure you must have had Jal jeera? Do you know if you let 1 teaspoon
cumin seeds to soak overnight and take it as a morning
drink, after boiling and filtering it. Taking it on an empty stomach
helps in weight loss. If your stomach is upset then
you can take it, you'll be alright. Now, what is this?
It is Ajwain (Carom Seeds). By eating this, it will help you
digest your food easily. Therefore this also
helps you in losing weight. You can also let it soak
in the water overnight, and drink it in the next morning
after boiling and filtering it.


And you know in winters I add Ajwain
in my tea, which enhances the taste and also the benefits of Ajwain are added. Be it lemon, or Tulsi or
felly seed or cumin seed or Ajwain you must have seen that all
of these boosts your metabolism and improves your digestion which helps them in aiding weight loss. So all of these things
are not a part of the diet, rather is a symbol
of a healthy lifestyle.
