you will not overeat it in your lunch And in this way everyday 1 fuit will go in our body And we get its goodness So in mid morning snack I am giving you 1 pear Or 1 apple You can take any one from these which is available at your home Or which is easily available You can have it Next comes our lunch You finish your lunch by 1 or maximum 1:30 In this I am giving you 2 options The first option
