In this video, we will be looking at different foods to eat for the full day for fat loss I will be showing you meal by meal How each food will be cooked along with explaining in full detail the benefits of each meal For this schedule to be easily followed by everyone Each of these meals will be vegetarian menus taking just only 5-10 mins to make each dish Each dish will be tasty and healthy along with being very beneficial for your weight loss Let's get into the video and check out each dish First thing when you wake up in the morning have a cup of water This will help hydrate your body as well as give your metabolisms a boosted kick start for the morning One question that many of us frequently wonder, "Can we drink water without brushing our teeth?" The answer for that is YES you can Having a glass of water first thing early in the morning will surely help as a great immunity booster in the long run Once you brush your teeth and freshen up You will then have an apple The sugar, vitamins, and minerals from the apple will also help as a wake-up booster early in the morning For breakfast, we are going to have a healthy oats recipe Before I explain the benefits lets see how this recipe is made First of all on the gas stove Take your pan and add one spoon of 100% coconut oil to it Add 2 chopped garlic Add one whole onion Sauté it and then add 2 spoons full of chopped carrots Add one spoon of peas Add a pinch of salt to suit your taste Add a pinch of turmeric powder Add a pinch of cumin powder Add a pinch of cinnamon powder Add a little less than a teaspoon of coriander powder Then last add a bit of chili powder Add one whole tomato and sauté it all together After 2 mins add 2 cups of water into the pan Once it reaches its boiling point add half a cup of oats Sauté it again for 2 mins and when it is boiling add some fresh coriander leave Finally, your dish is ready to be served From this meal, you will get alot of protein as well as being very rich in fiber This meal will help keep your stomach filled throughout the day as well as beneficial for your weight loss You can definitely try this as your breakfast menu As a mid-morning snack, you can try this healthy fruit salad Let's see how to prepare this dish Get a bowl, add a few pineapples Add a few pieces of apple Add a few pieces of guava as well Lastly, add a few pieces of orange For the final touch squeeze some lemon juice on top of your fruit salad The pinch taste of the lemon juice will really help bring out the flavors of the other fruits From this snack, you will gain a bowl full of beneficial vitamins and minerals You should definitely add this to your daily meal schedule For lunch, we will be making this amazing brown rice and chickpeas curry Let's see how to make this dish Switch on your gas on the stove Bring out your cooking pan Add one spoon of 100% coconut oil to the pan Add one spoon of jeera Add one full chopped onion Add one spoon of cut up ginger Add one full chopped tomato Add a pinch of salt to suit your taste Add one spoon of turmeric powder Add a pinch of black pepper Add in the chickpeas that you have soaked overnight into the pan Lastly, add a cup of water as well Close the lid and leave it to boil for 20 mins Now your chickpeas curry is ready and can be served along with brown rice In this meal, you will be intaking alot of fiber along with gaining lots of protein from the meal as well This meal will really help your digestion process as well That's why this meal will be very helpful for your weight loss process Definitely add this meal to your daily meal schedule For the evening snack we will be making a healthy vegetarian fresh sprout salad Let's see how to prepare this salad In a bowl add your soaked mung beans Add a little less than a teaspoon of cumin powder As well as a little less than a teaspoon of chili powder Add a pinch of salt to suit your taste As well as a little less than a teaspoon of pepper Mix this all very well together Add some freshly cut cucumber Along with some tomato Then half of a carrot chopped up Then add 2 spoons of chopped up capsicum Then add 2 spoons of chopped up onions Add a few fresh coriander leaves On top of that add, a few mint leaves as well Chop up one green chili and add it to the bowl At the end squeeze some lemon on top Then mix it all well together From this healthy snack, you will be gaining alot of vitamins and minerals Being very rich in antioxidants this meal will help improve and main the blood flow within your body Helps improve your eyesight issues and has anti-aging properties as well Definitely add this snack to your daily meal routine Around 8pm in the evening You can have your final meal which is dinner For this meal, we will be having besan dosa Let's see how to prepare this meal Add chopped tomato to the blender Chop up half an onion and add it in Slice half a carrot and add it in Blend it all up very well Add half a cup of besan flour into the mixture Add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder Add half a teaspoon of chili powder Add half a teaspoon of cumin powder Then add a little bit of asafoetida powder Blend this whole mixture again Add a slice of one whole green chili to the final mixed paste Sprinkle some fresh coriander leaves as well Add a pinch of salt to suit your taste Add a little bit of water and mix it all well Once your dosa pan is heated up, add your paste and make your dosa Add a little bit of oil but not too much Flip on both sides to get this color and texture Along with the dosa you will be having some turmeric milk To get that ready, add some milk to the cup and take half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and mix it into the milk From this meal, you will be getting a lot of protein and fiber This will be very beneficial for your weight loss process If you are a diabetic patient this meal will support the reduction of your diabetic levels Turmeric milk is very high and
