They require a lot of thinking and brain, So that you don’t get any nutrient deficiency. You get good protein intake in your daily routine. I have brought you all a lot of options. Wake up between 6-7 AM and, Now is the time to take our the morning drink. Here, I soaked 1 tsp of fennel seeds overnight in 1 glass of water. That was at normal room temperature. This water is filled with fennel seeds nutrients overnight. And these fennel seeds have become good and soft. You have to drink this water in the morning on an, Empty stomach and take the fennel seeds by chewing. It will work as functional food for you, That will strengthen your digestion and, You don’t have to do this water hot.
And you have to take 1 glass lukewarm water after it. You just have to take this much. Quickly go and freshen up! Come, I’ll show you what are the options for breakfast. So it’s 8:30 in the morning, and it’s right time to eat breakfast. When your metabolism is in speed and you’re very hungry, Staying hungry at that time is not allowed. You have to, Take breakfast. But which breakfast should you take that, Don't make you hungry for long, You get the energy to work throughout the day, And your mind to stay fit and fine. For that, you should take this type of breakfast that is, Very healthy, high protein meal option. Come, I’ll show you its recipe. So today’s new exciting recipe is my favourite Roti Poha. Now, what’s this thing? It’s my own recipe. A little oil, mustard seeds, whole red chili, & some vegetables, That are available at home. Like onion, beans, carrots, Capsicum and cabbage. Together with it, we’ll add curry leaves and some peanuts. Now we’ll add a lot of sprouts to it (50-60 grams).
And why waste leftover roti? We’ll cut it like this, in noodles shape. And some spices that are easily available at every home. To make it sour, raw mango powder is also added to it. And it tastes delicious. So how did you like this breakfast option? Quickly tell it by commenting! But you can’t eat the same breakfast daily. So I have brought you all some more exciting options. If you want, you can take homemade Upma. In which you’ll add 30 grams rava and 100 grams vegetables. Here I’m telling the measurement of raw ingredients. You can add spices and water according to yourself. Next option you can take is Poha. In which you have to take 30-40 grams raw poha. You can take any poha. Be it red poha, white poha, or any other.
And with it, you have to take 100 grams chopped vegetables. You can make it according to yourself and then take it! The third option that I’m giving you is Chilla. Chilla is also very easy to make option. Like whenever, You’re in hurry it comes among the most healthy option. It gets ready instantly within a few minutes. You have to take 20-30 grams besan or oats powder. Choose any of the two options. Use a lot of vegetables approximately 100 grams. The fourth option that I’m giving you is Porridge. Porridge if you want to make it of daliya or oats. In this, you can add 4 soaked almonds, 2 soaked walnuts, And you can add 1 date. Make your oats like this and take it. Half glass milk, half glass water. Don’t forget to add cinnamon powder to it. It tastes great! So these were your breakfast options. Now, come, I’ll tell you what all are your coming options.
Now it’s that time, almost 2-2.5 hours since breakfast. We start feeling a little hungry, but it’s still not lunchtime. So, I have brought an amazing option for you all. In this, the best option for you is any such beverage, Which is homemade and fresh. The second option is any seasonal fruit. Let’s come towards beverages first. Here you can take Salted lassi, Masala chaas. The next option you have is Aampanna or Bel sharbat. Or if you want, you can take gond kateera too. These all are those options that, Hve been consumed in every house for a long. But due to westernisation these days, People start taking weird drinks and forget their culture. So you can adopt any of these options. The next option I’m giving you is that of seasonal fruit. Now in seasonal fruits, you have melons as an option. Whether you take a watermelon, papaya, apple with skin, A banana or a small-sized mango. Quickly take your mid-morning snack. I’ll meet you at lunch. Now, friends, my lunch plate is all decorated and ready.
It very exciting and very simple lunch. Exciting because after eating it, your stomach will also be full. You won’t feel hungry till long and simple because, This kind of food is made daily at every home. I’m taking a bowl full of dal. With it, I’m taking, Green vegetable. Today bhindi was cooked at my home. And I’m taking 1 phulka. Because my body needs this much only. If your BMR is high and you think that you need 2 phulka, Then you can easily eat it. Eat by applying a little ghee to it. Take 1 bowl full of curd a take a lot of salad. It will provide you comfort and coolness in this hot summer. And will save you from overeating. Now it’s the biggest problem.
These days, people eat with a lot of distraction. They watch tv or do any such thing. Due to this, Their mind gets distracted, and focus is not on the food. So eat food like this. Don’t take 2 helpings. As much you have is enough for you. Now let’s see what are the options ahead. And yes, those who don’t like roti can take rice too. So here, you can replace 2 or 1 roti with 1 bowl of rice. Next, let’s see what’s there for tea time. The first option for you all is of 1 small bowl of Makhana, Or if you want, you can make any Murmura bhel. It tastes delicious. But take care of quantities. 40 grams is allowed for you all.
After adding this much, Add a lot of green vegetables like cucumber, tomato, Onions, capsicum, or green coriander. Make a delicious bhel for yourself by adding these. If you want to add lemon, then you can add it. And the next option I’m giving you is Roasted chana. There comes sattu powder of these chana too. Either you make it yourself at home or buy it from the market. So chana is a very healthy source and, Sattu powder is a very good powerhouse of protein.
Now, it’s 6 PM on my watch, and it’s the right time, In which I do preparations for my dinner. So today, I’m thinking to make this for my dinner. Because it’s my most favourite light and refreshing meal. That is so light that you don’t feel heavy after eating it. You don’t feel lethargic. You don’t get lazy. Many people start to fall asleep after eating. Because the food is very heavy. Our system starts to shut down while digesting it. So this recipe is very exciting Oats and dal dosa. If you want you can easily make chilla or Uttapam of it too. Come, let’s look at it’s cooking process. So easy and so tasty recipe that not only you, Your family members too will like it. First, we have to take 30 grams dal and, Properly wash it in water till its water gets cloudy. Then after throwing this water, Now, we’ll add 30 grams oats to this dal.
And we’ll add more water to it and leave it for 1-1.5 hours. Those who have microwaves can microwave it for 30-40 sec. Next, we have to blend it into a smooth paste. But we’ll not add water to it at all. We want a thick texture only. We added a little salt to this mixture. Now look at this we have emptied this into a bowl. So now, we have dosa batter with us. It’s time to spread it now. Just like you spread a normal dosa. If you want, you can add a little water to this batter, To make it a little thin.
Now we’ll add filling in it, Which we prepared earlier only. Onion, cabbage, capsicum, and with carrot, We roasted 30 grams paneer only with salt and pepper. Without any oil. We’ll add all that filling in it. And look at our dosa, How crisp, cooked with the least oil, very delicious! So it’s one dinner option. But what about the other options?
