Lunchbox cheesecake with
a cook time in 90 seconds, let's go. Add 50 grams of almond flour to
a bowl and one tablespoon of melted butter and combine. Add it to your lunch tin container
and this is going to make about 2 cups. Flatten it. press it in like that. For the filling add
120 grams of softened cream cheese to a bowl, two eggs at room temperature, beaten, four
tablespoons of heavy cream, one teaspoon of lemon juice, four tablespoons of powdered
sweetener and half teaspoon of vanilla. You can either whisk this together or blend it in
your nutribullet. Let your mixture rest for 30 minutes so it can start thickening up. Microwave
for 90 seconds now whisking every 30 seconds. Line your container with some sliced berries
optional.
Pour your filling into your container and let it rest for half an hour, then refrigerate
