today we're gonna be making absolutely
easy 2 ingredient high protein breakfast let me show you how we just gonna be using
Greek yoghurt as well as some whey protein this is the only 2 ingredients that you'll
need we're gonna start by adding 150g of Greek yoghurt into a bowl and then you just
gonna top this with 30g of whey protein uh the flavour of whey protein that you use will
basically result in the flavour for what your breakfast will taste like I prefer a
vanilla yoghurt so a vanilla whey protein just work great and after you mix this in you
just get like a really nice thick consistency and you can top this off with some blueberries
it's absolutely easy to make and it's so so good and the macros are incredible let me know
