Slice beetroot to pieces add to blender add green chilli ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp water - 1/2 cup grind to smooth paste transfer to mixing bowl salt amchoor pwd - 1/2 tsp ajwain (omam) pwd - 1/2 tsp garam masala pwd - 1/2 tsp cumin pwd - 1/2 tsp freshly chopped coriander leaves mix well.. add wheat flour little by little and knead... knead to soft dough.. oil - 2 tbsp knead to smooth dough..


let it sit for 5 mins... make small balls out of it.. make equal sized balls.. roll to round discs.. ready to fry... cook on both sides... Enjoy hot..!.
