This can be used in any recipe today we will use this almond milk in smoothie let's move onto next step add dry roasted oats to almonds milk add 3 tbsp dry roasted oats add a ripened banana to this a ripened banana with black spots on it's skin is richer in antioxidants so a ripe banana is much better than a non ripened banana break into small pieces you can have 1 banana in morning it is very healthy and aids in weight loss add 1 tbsp flax seeds flax seeds come with loads of health benefits I have uploaded many videos describing health benefits of flax seeds further add 1 tsp chia seeds chia is a super food I say this in almost every video chia seed is an excellent weight loss food high in, protiens, dietary fibre and antioxidants add 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder cinnamon lowers your blood sugar level as well as helps in fat loss it also enhances taste of this drink now pour some water you should add water according to the thickness of smoothie apply mixer jar lid and blend the mixture our smoothie is ready to be served it didn't take us much time to prepare this weight loss recipe now we will serve it in a glass we will garnish it with some dry roasted oats you may also use cocoa powder for this you may also use dark chocolate you can also use chia to garnish it as I'm doing this smoothie is super healthy! also use honey using honey is optional always use best ingredients for health drinks let's move onto our 2nd smoothie recipe take a mixer jar add a ripe banana break into small pieces put them into mixer jar now add 4 tbsp dry roasted oats add 2-3 dates break them into pieces and then add dates have lots of health benefits I talked at length about benefits of eating dates in an earlier video on dates ladoo or khajur ladoo recipe so we all should inculde dates in our diet now add 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder add 1/2 tsp chia seeds add water to this mixture as per the consistency required by you.
