Hi Guys Today I am showing a smoothie recipe which is SUGAR & DAIRY FREE, chocolaty in taste as well as weight loss friendly. This recipe doesn’t require a lot of ingredients, is healthy, and a super metabolism booster. You will feel your best if you have it in the morning instead of your regular breakfast so without any further adieu, let's get started. Set up your blender and add 1 ripe banana. Banana has healthy fibers which curb our appetite and make our body burn fat. In this recipe, as I am adding fresh banana, I will be adding few ice cubes, however, if you are using frozen banana, then you can skip adding ice. Next in the blender goes, 3 pitted dates. I am using Medjool dates however, feel free to use any variant which is easily available. Both dates and bananas are going to act as a sweetener in this recipe as they are a healthy replacement for refined sugar.


Dates are highly nutritious and rich in fiber and help with weight loss if consumed in moderation. Next goes 1 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder. Cocoa powder regulates the use of energy, reduces appetite and inflammation, and increases the fat oxidation process. It also improves blood flow and lowers cholesterol. Now I am adding 1 1/2 tsp of instant coffee powder. You can use any brand, here I am using Nescafe. Coffee is rich in caffeine which boosts our metabolism and helps stored fat, convert into energy. It also has chlorogenic acid which prevents weight gain. Next, I am adding 1 cup of Macadamia Nut Milk. This milk is plant-based, vegan, low in carbs, high in healthy fats, and is fortified to get nutrients like vitamin D, B12, A, and calcium.


If you are not a vegan or not able to arrange nut milk, then add regular skimmed milk instead. In the end, add 5-6 ice cubes if you are using a fresh banana. If you are using a frozen banana, then skip this step. Now blend until you get a smooth consistency. Next, shift to a serving glass. Now to make this look more appealing, take some milk and with the help of a frother, froth it. Now pour this on top and sprinkle some cinnamon powder. This step is completely optional though. And now you can see our Healthy Chocolaty Weight Loss Smoothie is READY :). You can have this smoothie during breakfast or in the mid-morning. It's like a healthy iced chocolate cold coffee that is low in sugar, naturally sweetened and incredibly delicious. You have to give this a try!
