Hello Friends, I'm Aditi and welcome to my channel. Today I will share low calorie weight loss sandwich recipe with you. This sandwich can be made easily. if you are a working professional you can easily take this to office for your lunch. This sandwich is healthy as well as tasty. you can have it in breakfast and lunch. I have chopped both onions and tomatoes into small cubes 200 gm thick curd curd should not be sour in taste. 1 medium sized cucumber chopped to small sized cubes. here we have taken 4 slices of brown bread brown bread is healthier as it contains more dietary fibre as well as nutrients. now we will start preparing our brown bread weight loss sandwich. we will take a big bowl we will add all vegetables in this bowl starting with chopped onion. then add chopped tomatoes. now add chopped cucumber you may also add vegetables of your choice like carrot, cabbage, capsicum etc. That is upto you. now we will add curd to the vegetable mixture. curd is one of the best probiotic and is very good for gut, skin and overall health. curd is full of vitamins and minerals such as Calcium, vit D, vit B12, pottasium and magnesium curd also strengthens our bones due to calcium and vitamin D present in it.


It also improves out bowel movements. curd also balances cholestrol in our blood stream. people suffering from high blood pressure must have curd as part of thier daily diet. not only these but if we take curd on a daily basis it also helps in weight loss. but avoid having sour curd. only use sweet and fresh curd for preparing this sandwich. curd must be thick otherwise if you take it with you to your office bread will become messy due to too much water present in curd. after curd we add himalyan pink salt as per our taste. if you want to buy it online then we have provided link in description box as well as pinned comment. after this we have added black pepper powder. you may replace it with roasted cumin seeds. now we will mix all the vegetables, curd and spices. mixture is now finally ready to be used in sandwich. we will spread the mixture properly on brown bread. you can also add boiled black chickpea or white chickpea to the mixture. you may also add sprouts to the mixture. doing so will make them all the more healthy and protien rich.


Don't add milk cream etc. As it will defeat our purpose of making healthy weight loss sandwich. now we will add paneer or cottage cheese slices. you may also use tofu slices instead of paneer. I will also add a little more black pepper powder now. you can add roasted cumin seed powder as well if it suits your taste more. but never add chaat masala to it as it contains salt and other unhealthy spices which are not good for weight loss. now our sandwich spread is complete and we will cover it with another bread slice. slighly press the sandwich so that all the spread settles on its place. if you want you can grill the bread slices without oil.


We will cut the sandwich in half with the help of a knife. see the sanwich, it looks too good and yummy. if you eat it once your will always want to eat this healthy and tasty sandwich. Here I would like to tell you that brown bread contains lots of nutrients like.. zinc, copper, folic acid, vitamin B6 it also contains lots of dietary fibre. all these nutrients and fibre, coupled with low calorie are very good for our health brown bread makes us feel full hence we don't get frequent hunger pangs. and stops us from overeating. you can see the brown bread sandwich looks really nice with all those colorful veggies oozing out from middle. so if you are looking for fat loss do try these sadnwiches. you can have these sandwiches both in breakfast and lunch. you can add or remove veggies as per your liking.
