hey guys I am Nisa Homey and welcome
back to my channel. today I'm sharing a protein-rich smoothie bowl for breakfast
which will help you to lose up to 2 kgs in a week. this smoothie bowl is sugar-free
filling and packed with proteins and hence will keep you fuller till
lunchtime so let's get started with the recipe. into my blender I'm adding in 1
cup of frozen pineapple it's always a good idea to freeze fruits when they are
in season so that you can use them in smoothies and shakes later. add in 1/2
cup water instead of water you can use coconut water, 1/2 TSP turmeric powder
for that extra antioxidant boost turmeric is my go-to spice and I simply
love the amazing benefits it has.


Add in 1 tbsp chia seeds and 1 tbsp flax seeds
and now blend until everything is nicely mixed and combined. pour the blended
smoothie into a bowl and top it with 1 medium sized mango chopped, 1 TSP raw
cacao nibs, cocoa nibs helps to lose weight, prevent anemia, they are high in
antioxidants, with its heart-healthy fats they help to fight cardiovascular
diseases, cocoa needs are sugar free and helps to burn fat. add in about 5 to 6
almonds sliced. the healthy fats and dietary fiber in almonds aids in weight
loss and makes you feel fuller which can curb overeating and unhealthy snacking.
and lastly add in 1/2 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds. sesame seeds have
cholesterol-lowering effects, protect your heart, balances hormones, helps to
burn fat, and they are a good source of vitamins and minerals and the lignans in
them boost nutrient absorption. so try to include sesame seeds in your daily diet
and get its benefit.
