You can also chop veggies in a chopper or a blender to save time on chopping. I do that all the time as well. 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp salt add water and mix to runny consistency 2 cup cabbage, 1/2 cup carrots, 1/4 cup green chili(optional) mix well pour oil on a hot griddle/tava Pour 1/3rd of the veggie mixture on the hot griddle. Spread evenly with a spoon or spatula. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 mins on medium to low flame. turn pancake over and cook another 2-3 mins on the other side No extra oil for the 2nd one.
