  2. It's of spinach leaves.
  3. It's of sp pudina powder.
  4. It's of corriander leaves.
  5. You need of green chillies.
  6. Prepare of onion chopped finely.

  9. Prepare of sp coconut grated.

Healthy poha step by step

  1. Wash and soak poha.
  2. Blanch spinach leaves and grind along with corriander leaves,pudina powder(add little water if needed)..
  3. Heat oil in kadai add musterd seeds, peanuts,urad dal cook for sometime add curry leaves, green chillies,onion and saute for a while..
  4. Now add turmeric powder,salt,sugar and cook till soft..
  5. Now add spinach paste peas and poha mix well..
  6. Add lemon juice and mix it top with coconut grated and sev serve hot..
