You can have Chicken Soup using 10 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you achieve it.
Ingredients of Chicken Soup
- It's 4 pieces of raw chicken.
- It's 2 tbsp of desi ghee.
- It's 1 tsp of chopped ginger & garlic.
- Prepare 1 of chopped onion.
- You need 1 of chopped tomato.
- Prepare to taste of salt.
- You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 1 pinch of black grounded pepper.
- It's leaves of few coriander.
Chicken Soup instructions
- Wash the chicken pieces with fresh water 2_3 times..
- In a cooker,heat desi ghee& add chopped ginger & garlic.Cook on the low flame till the aroma smells...
- Now add chopped onions & cook till they becomes little brown & add red chilli powder, turmeric powder & salt.Saute for few seconds..
- Add chopped tomatoes & cook on the low flame till they become soft.Add raw chicken pieces..
- Mix well & add 1 glass of water in it & cover with lid,after a whistle,slow down the flame & cook for 5_8 minutes..
- After 5_8 minutes switch off the flame,let it cool down,Open the lid & check if the chicken is properly cooked..
- Pour the soup in serving bowl &with chicken pieces &vgarnish with coriander leaves..
- Serve hot..
