Ingredients of Pineapple Cheese Salad Skewers

  1. Prepare 2 cups of Pineapple cut into half inch cubes.
  2. You need 1 cup of green grapes cut into halves horizontally.

  1. Arrange the fruits and cottage cheese on the toothpicks as shown in the picture..
  2. Place a big pineapple slice in centre and arrange the toothpicks or the skewers around it..
  3. Drizzle honey and refrigerate for half an hour..
  4. Sprinkle salt, pepper and chaat masala just before serving..
  5. Delicious and appetizing salad is ready to serve.
  6. Good tip- -all fruits shud be washed thoroughly before arranging..

Cooked ham and pineapple chunks threaded on skewers and coated with a zesty, sweet glaze. I think as a foodie you're supposed to love all the foods. But there's just one food I can't get on board with…watermelon. Something about the texture does not do it for me. Or any melon for that matter.
